This passport branch is unbelievable! I expected to be here for hours and I was done in 30 mins. Greeted by Mark, told to take a number, he saw that I did not fill out the correct paperwork that I printed at home. He gave me the new papers. When my number was called, Mark was the employee that I went to. He thought my face on the passport photo was hidden by eyebrow so retook picture. Expedited delivery both ways. Had me double check photo, items, signature. Clearly knowledgeable about the process. I was nervous because leave in 4 wks with son as a chaperone for the school. Everything needs to be perfect. He smiled, was courteous. This place is awesome!! You can tell the personnel like/ appreciate their job!
