Good grief. I can never get through to you via phone. I've lived here for 58 years now and what I thought was a steady mail delivery person, isn't. Remember Ben? He was just so wonderful! Remember Alex before him? Once again wonderful until he got badly bitten by a dog. Your people now doesn't have a clue in regards to the age of our house. Our mail slot is still in the door yet they've dropped mail into our security screen almost making it impossible to get it out. We've destroyed our own security screen in hopes to get our mail out so the first thing you can do, is buy us a new security screen. It takes the old special measurements so please advise us where we can get it and how you're going to pay for it. 3rdly? I think your number 1 person in charge is a Trump friend. I don't think he'd even relinquish a penny in order to help us plain folks what-so-ever. He can replace all of our security screens on hand. All the way around the house. Anyways, I'm sick and tired of your folks not even reading the sign that our mailbox is in our door. Fix all of it all the way around and tell that giant white (you fill in the blank) of a man to replace all of our security screens yesterday. What a prick and I truly feel sorry for all of you under his realm.
