I would like to compliment our mail carrier Fred for his hard work and cheerful attitude. I understand this is an extra long route and it took forever for us to get permanent mailman…loved Eddie and Susan. We finally got an efficient one again after waiting months. Please ask Sub mail carriers not to leave half of bundle on porch. Thanks.

The route on the west side of San Gabriel is so long and difficult no mailperson sticks it for long. This is bad for us since we have a peculiar numbering on Alhambra Road and no one stays long enough to know us. Eddie, then Susan never mixed us up or lost our mail. Can you reassign a small portion to other carriers, making our route more doable. Our street does like and appreciate our carriers and we would like a permanent one. Thank you, Jan Minkler

Slow and uninterested in how many people are in line. Only 2 clerks and 1 is usually on a break. I live right around the cornor but have to drive to Alhambra to receive pleasant service. It's a shame the attitudes these employee have. I'd fire the lot of them and start over. What ever happened to a smile and a greeting? If I had to rate them I'd be generous giving them a 3 out of 10....

This review is for San Gabriel Post Office located on Del Mar Avenue. The postman picked up my small parcel with prepaid USPS postage. He didn't scan the tracking number, so I am unable to track the progress. (This has happened a few times already.) I called the corresponding office today. The female manager said that I just have to check with the receiver, there is nothing she can do about it and she will train the yesterday's postman. That sounds really irresponsible. How can we rely on the PO to deliver our mails safely? What are we paying the service for? We taxpayers are paying PO without doing the proper jobs? I had the original invoice with the return item inside the parcel to claim the refund. I worry about my return parcel is NOT being processed based on my previous terrible experience with USPS. OR the parcel will be delivered to the receiver after the allowed return period.

I went to the post office around 7 pm to pick up my mail at PO Box and its closed. This location should be 24/7 and its even closed all day on Sunday!

You get a refund. I bet you paid for 24/7 access. Call them and get your refund.
