There is nothing open and nothing is posted! Is this permanent? Remodeling? Did I miss something?

Yesterday I didn't recieve my mailpiece, I went 3 doors down to let the mailman know it was missing, he tried to tell me that the informed mail on your site was weekly. When I didn't recieve it today called this annex and the same person has left me on hold lfor 25 min. The missing mail piece was my retirement check. This is diplorable

A few days ago, I had mail delivered to me with the right address but the wrong names addressed to me. I just found out, that those names actually were for me, but I sent them back to the post office with a note saying that they weren't for me. I need to have these 3 sent back to [number removed] Gaynor Ave. Granada Hills, Ca. 91344. The names on the 3 envelopes are as follows: Jack Mathew, Paul Reynolds & Brian Cassidy This is of high importance that I get all 3 of these mailing back to me! If I don't this could cost me my job! Please reply, Thank you, David Hollick

Took a package to the post office to return it to the sender. The postal worker (female) was very cordial and helpful. She explained that since the package had been opened we would have to pay postage to send it back. She provided us with options, tape and a mailing label which she affixed to the package for us. It was a pleasure encountering such a professional and cordial employee of the U.S. Postal Service. Excellent customer service (five stars).

in the past 3 months i’ve had 7 packages marked as delivered that never came! this post office rarely answers the phone and offers no help whatsoever. specifically Maddie Ghassemi has been very unhelpful and rude.

I realize that with all that’s going on, we don’t always get mail. But today was the 3rd time that the carrier did not take my out going mail. You have to walk to my front door from the street. Mail box is in plain view with flag up. Next time please look.

Maddie was trying to help me locate a lost package whose missed delivery tag was left at my front door. It had no tracking number on the tag. I now have it, RH297198352IN. Please help locate the package in your facility and inform me by email. Thank you, Lawrence F Mulrey

Today while visiting my father, who is 72 years-old with some health issues, the post man came and delivered his mail. He placed it in the mail box and walked away. A few minutes later we heard a thump and went to see what it was. When my father walked outside he saw a package laying on his lawn close to the gate. When he asked the postman what it was he said it was his package. My father asked how did it end up on the lawn and he said it fell out. I watched from the door and was disappointed by the rude manner that he spoke to my father. After my father went back inside, I walked out and told the mailman that it was not cool how he tossed the package and he replied somewhat aggressively. I told him I'm not going to argue with him but it was uncool how he did that, he continued to try to defend the fact that he threw the package over the fence instead of bringing it to the mailbox with the other mail. This type of attitude is why most people use stamps.com, fed ex or UPS. I told him if he doesn't like his job, he should consider a different career. Shameful.

they never ever answer the phone and you have to let it ring 4 hours before they finally answer (if they do) and then they always sound so flustered and rush you off the phone promising they will solve your problem. there is always a 1 hour estimated wait time when calling the main 800 line. you get cut off before anyone helps you. Im getting ready to switch over to UPS

This site gives the address of the USPS Annex on Sepulveda Blvd NORTH of the 118 freeway but gives a map location of the, now defunct, Mission Hills Post Office which, by the way, had a Devonshire St. Address.

The postman delivers mail from this location to north hills area is very bad. So many times he delivers at wrong address. Manager does not handle service right. The general supervisor should remove this manager , I think name is greg and postman should be fired and hire new person who can read # right .

This place has the worst customer service. I have had some great employees help me at different usps facilities before but in this one they answer and hang up on you. Then if they do "help" they place you on hold for 10 minutes and then answer and hang up again. I don't know if it's bad managing or employees just not caring but at least some have some proper customer service etiquette in following up with customers.
