i went in today to ship a package and the marketing manager was there...at the hillcrest san diego branch..she came and got me out of the line and brought me over to the computer and showed me how to ship the box myself. she was super helpful and very kind...perhaps one of the best experiences i've had at the post office YET! she put a smile on my face. i wish i remembered her name. i am bad with names put she was the marketing manager in the hillcrest branch on the 28th of april 2017...thank you
My mail was stopped and I have no idea why. My mail carrier left a note in my box about "you are new to this mail box, please let us know your name". I responded, "I've lived here for 7 years, wth???". Mail started again. However I had a thank you card (with a check) and mail from my landlord returned. She called me to ask if I was moving. I call the number and it's busy. I can't afford to leave work to go talk to someone. Why is someone--who isn't me--allowed to mess with my mail?
The phone number is always busy. New post man on our business route and get lots of other businesses mail and change to late delivery is a Hugh hassle. Missing lots of mail and might have to change the amount processed by the post office.
This posy office actually closes at 5pm. The phone number is always " busy" when I called several times. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of! I just want to pick up my package or have them re-deliver!
