I just heard form my Post man that the post master is now telling his carriers to not deliver your packages if they see a dog? At My residence I have a cyclone fence so you can see everything behind my fence so this means that all my packages are possibly not going to be delivered if my dog is outside. I have already had 2 packages returned due to this new policy by the postal department and one was my medicines that have special requirements for storage. I know that no one should have to deliver a package with a dog on the outside of the fence that just makes since but just because you can see one? That's just not right.

I have complained numerous times about our delivery to my mailbox. The carrier or carriers to my area are very very neglected. My mail and packages are being delivered to the wrong addresses. It seems they do not know how to read or they are stupid. I don't know why it is big deal for them to put the mail and the packages in the correct mailbox (I am talking about Salinas 93907) carriers. Officialy I fill tow complaints.

My mail box is at the curb, while my front door is around 60 feet up my driveway. Fedex left a rather heavy box at the mailbox today, which I was expecting to lug to the front door when I finished my walk with my dog. When I returned home, the box had been moved to the front steps. Checking my RING doorbell, I found the mail carrier had moved it. That was an extraordinary - and greatly appreciated - thing for him to do. I hope this will be used to thank him for me.

USPS is struggling it seems overall. I mail the same card to two locations regularly. One is Arizona and one in Chualar Canyon, Chualar. The Arizona envelope arrives without issue but the rural carrier for this route never seems to get the local envelope delivered. It is very frustrating and trying to talk to someone is impossible.

THIS IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE USPS EVER, I HAVE A NEW MAILBOX STORE MAIL HAS BEEN SO INTERMITTENT I WONDER WHY IS THERE A POST OFFICE ANYWAYS! YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE ONES THAT DO THEIR JOBS, PERHAPS YOU'RE JOBS ARE SECURE AND THERES NO NEED TO DO THEM.

This place is a joke. Usps in general is, but this one in particular. I mailed a small envelope package from WA to salinas Ca over a week ago and it arrived wt the salinas CA post office and went out for delivery on the 12th and its now the 16th and all it has said was “ waiting for final delivery scan” for the past 4 days and still hasnt been delivered. This is effecting my business and dont think i will use usps anymore. I have been paying for first class shipping which is 1-3 days and out of my last 20 packages the fastest one has got to its destination was 6 days. Its been averaging closer to 7-9 days. They still charge outrageous prices for shipping though.

My mail and packages are being delivered to wrong addresses. My mail is being delivered sometimes at 11:00pm so maybe this is the problem that carrier isn’t able to see in the dark.

Getting my mail has been somewhat of a saga. It seems that I am the letter carrier at times, as I delivered mail to three other neighbors that were all in my box the other day. No mail for me, by the way. Here is the kicker- the letter carrier stuffs deliveries in the little tiny mail box, instead of delivering them to the door. I have had to pry some of these boxes out of my box. Yes- the back side has a bigger opening than the front. So the carrier may be able to shove it in easily, but I can't get it out the front easily at all!!! And on another note- the lock is broken, and when trying to call the local post office, the number does not work. Wen I call the 800 number, the wait time is more than an hour. I just need the post office to be responsive, that's all!

I have complained numerous times about our delivery. Last night was 8:40. The more i complain the worse it gets.( WHY) I have been contacted by mgt and given nothing but lip service. I guess customer service is dead. There has been many mail thefts in Oak Hills and I guess it will continue because of the I dont give a SHIT attitude of your office

June 3 I just wanted to commend the consistent courtesy, helpfulness, and cheerful attitude of the entire Post Office staff at both Salinas Main and 100 W. Alisal. They are all a credit to the Post Office. And I still miss Joe Negron and his Jazz Crusaders tapes...

I live on Bluestem Path, Salinas CA The last two days (13 and 14 May 2016) I have received (along with my mail) mail for two separate Bluestem Path addresses. I immediately put the mail in the appropriate boxes.
