The delivery driver that operates out of this station, and serves River Road, 93908 is a massive, lazy, unmotivated, can barely read, can barely drive postal employee. Yah, you!!! white guy that can barely move his foot from the gas to the brake because you eat 10,000 calories over your recommended intake on a daily basis. That 300+ pounds is interfering with the scope of your job and your mind. He throws our packages in the dirt or close to River road allowing them to be run over. I'm not worried about you going postal, because you'd fall asleep before any organized thoughts enter your brain.

I’ve been a PO Box holder at the Post Office located on W. Alisal Street in Salinas, CA several years. I renew my box every six months. However, I’ve noticed several price increases over the last few six-month renewal periods, and also that the increases happen every year. Why? It seems like the pricing set is to price customers out of holding on to their PO Boxes over time. I could see pricing increases every few years, but every year? Even renting a PO Box on an annual basis wouldn’t make any difference; because the renewal pricing is just a doubling of the semi-annual price. So how does the customer benefit from renting on an annual basis instead of a semi-annual one? Not to mention the rates will go up every year anyway. I am not the only one who has this same complaint. I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you.

Everything about this sucks.nothing but endless bullshit recordings.mail carrier never picks up our mail from our box to be mailed out, I get delivery notices for packages that aren’t here... great job this government agency is doing,I love how this COVID bullshit is now an excuse for endless slack...

As all have mentioned below, their website number DOES NOT WORK! The 800# now has a message stating that their complete lack of customer service is due to COVID19 which would have put ANY other business, out of business! Our delivery person now places our deliveries in the street at our mailbox, many of which have been stolen now and there is no way to file a complaint. Truly disgusting that a govt. agency can be allowed to perform this way with NO avenue available to report it.

no one answers the phone the web site does not work properly and the wait time is 40 minutes on the toll free line as it was on Friday and Saturday. No service and higher prices my carrier has made so many mistakes I wonder if I am getting my mail, because I get so many others mail.

Nobody answers the damn phone at this address anymore, the downtown Salinas branch. Did the number change? 10 minutes listening to voicemail hell on the USPS 800# and I'm told it's a 1 HOUR WAIT to get a human being to talk to me about my missing package?!?!? This is ridiculous... insane... 3rd world... and I'm in the USA believe it or not.

I live in the San Benancio Rd area. Twice I have signed for certified mail and twice the carrier has failed to deliver. The first time I signed for an item, never received it, then got a notice that it was being returned. ??? This last time I signed for the item - nothing. Left a note in my outgoing mail with name and address asking why the item wasn't delivered. She took the note, but still I did not receive my mail. The phone numbers don't work and the 800 number says the wait time is 40 minutes. Seriously? Why can't the USPS just deliver the flipping mail, on time, and to the right addresses? Why is my mail being stolen by the post office?

I live on Homestead Ave I have been getting my mail between 5pm and 7 pm . I also receive the store ad's that should be delivered on Tuesday's until Thursday or Friday.i talked to the postal delivery person and he said the route was to big for him and that he could not deliver the mail and ad's in a timely manner. I think you should replace him. The delivery person that retired did not have any problem,s delivering the mail on a timely bases.

The Salinas office is still not answering the phone (just like a year ago) . What a disgrace! Also we keep receiving mail not addressed to us; mainly on the same day of the week. Who is accountable at the PO? Hello Mr/Mrs. Postmaster.

Not good, I'm afraid. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone during business hours. Out-going mail sits in mail box for days. Had a package mis-delivered to the wrong mail box. "Delivery notice" shows it was delivered; just not to me! Do you think I can get anyone to check that out? Nope! Too much! I can see why they don't answer the phone! Sigh 😔

I've called several numbers. No one answers the phone. I need to speak to someone regarding the PO Box for my Company. How do I get through to someone?

Mis-delivered mail, torn, mutilated, mail that is a month late (dated mailings), packages that wait at the post office for weeks despite asking for it to be delivered. How much more inefficient can you be? Now I cannot get you on the phone during regular hours. If I were you I would't wish to speak to the public either. Unfortunately I was told that my PO was the Spreckels branch and I posted the same for them. Please disregard that notice.
