Horrible! No one answers the phone, they post our mail in other tenants boxes, customer service takes you to different places except for what you need or to speak to a representative. So difficult

Mail dropped off at Marysville PO has been stolen by PO Employees. Envelope cards for sympathy mailed 8/3/20 to Greenville Mississippi, and birthday card mailed to Rancho Cordova, CA on 7/31/20 never made it to recipients'. Why not? Both were mailed from the Marysville PO. I received a solicitation directly from someone within the PO in my Post Office box for a real estate property. The solicitation had no mailing date or stamp. How did it get there?

This place is horrible. Package said out for delivery and do they deliver it NO. So I call and ask them to find package so I can pick it up Come in at 10:00am it will be here was it NO. So I leave my contact information we will get ahold of you within 30 minutes Do they as you can guess NO So then the mail man says he posted a notice on door because he said there was no secure place to leave package Are u kidding me Do u think he really left a notice You guessed it NO I was outside cleaning out cars all day. They really need to hire some competent people to do this job I am calling head office on monday
