I cant stand this post office ,they are all liars an they are rude ,mail carrier is a troll.She refuses to deliver my mail to my address cause I reported her to her floor supervisor,hes a asshole ,, they must be doing each other lil secretive favors..nothing gets done ,I have had state checks,, I have important mail not delivered ,why the hell cant they put someone to deliver my mail who gives a damn about doing their job,,I recorded her behavior this time and I will be taking it above, to head quarters ,I'm mentally tired an drained from this shit ...
Whoever is the supervisor for the Colonial Post Office, Sacramento, please read this. You have the absolute BEST worker working for you. His name is "Larry". I don't know his last name, but really....he is the nicest postal worker I have EVER come across. He delivers the mail in my neighborhood, on 9th Avenue. He is so efficient, courteous, and just plain wonderful! Please pass this note on to him and let him know that my family sure appreciates him. Thank you.
My "pit bull" who is behind a gate ( mail box outside the gate) got pepper sprayed for barking at one of their mail carriers. I seen the mail guy drop my mail in my mail box and stop and look at my fenced in dog for about 30 seconds then he sprayed him instead of DOING HIS JOB AND DELIVER MY MAIL AND KEEP WALKING. I called the post office to report what he did and was told there is a "zero tolerance" on dogs and got hung up on. I called back about 10 times just to have the so called "woman" lift the receiver and slam it back down. So I guess if u have a dog BEHIND A FENCE WITH A BE WARE OF DOG SIGN AND A LOCKED GATE YOUR DOG CAN STILL BE PEPPER SPRAYED.
Im getting tired of my mail being delivered to other people or not at al! Today, a package was delivered to another house. Had those people not brought it to me, i'd have never known. The service from this branch is why i started paying all my bills online.
