rosamond postoffice are theives. my package from the GAP was opened and missing half my order then taped back up and dropped off on my porch. i cant understand how they let theives handle our mail.

I have been calling the Rosamond, CA Post Office at the phone number listed and all it does is ring - after ringing for a long time it gives you that fax sound. I am not a document. I am A living being.

Well where do I start, first I have had mail stolen from my mail box on one occasion that I know of, so I purchased a PO box and then for some reason my mail was being returned to sender so I filled out a form for a change of address. Everything was fine until this week I was expecting packages and I received an email saying my package was delivered to my mailbox. And also was not getting mail in my PO box that I purchased. So luckily I noticed the email and checked it before someone stole it. So I informed the customer service at post office and I was told it was because one of the letters in my last name was different so that's why my mail was not being delivered to PO box. So I clearly told them no mail is to be delivered to mail box. So the next day you I check the mailbox to be sure and what do you know there's mail in my mailbox. And it's mail for another person that does not reside at my address. So what's going on here. I'm trying to be really patient. Another problem is the PO boxes being tampered with. So I'm not sure what's going on. But this needs to be fixed

Was told that the Post Master will call me about
package not delivered, I left the copy of the tracking, including my telephone number with the employee. The tracking said that the package was delivered 4/9 at 11:38 into my mail box, well the package is big as it contains a sawing machine, it will not fit the mail box and if the currier put the package to the big box, she did not leave the key in my mail box!!!!

I went to the post office to get my mailbox lock removed. Only removed. The next week they removed the lock and placed it my mailbox. I replaced the lock and toss the old one out. A week later, they remove the lock again. So now I have to get a new lock and hope they don’t remove it again

I was ripped by acompany named Disones . They didn't sent me what I ordered. The address on the envelope is PO Box 6368 Roseamond,
Ca 91770. I heard this is a scam. They had this ad on FB,.I heard a lot of claims on this company. Can you tell me if this PO Box belongs to this company?

I am not happy with this post office. They are either throwing my mail away or sending it back saying we don't live here anymore.This has happened on more then one occasion and i am tired of it, and someone needs to do something with the incompetent employs.

Went to Post Office to inform them that my package was not delivered to my box but the tracking number says it has been delivered. They ran a g.p.s tracker on the parcel and said that it is in my box. I guess it is invisible or microscopic because all I see is air. It is an I Phone for my daughters 16 th. Birthday that i ordered ahead in plenty of time to arrive before her birthday but tomorrow is her birthday and it seems no answer other than it is in my box can be given by the post office, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Thanks Rosamond Post Office, YOU'RE THE BEST!

WAS TOLD YESTERDAY THAT THE POST MASTER WOULD CALL ME.....STILL WAITING.... SEEN THE MAIL MAN AT MY MAIL BOXES AND TOLD HIM MY ISSUE, HE LOOKED FOR MY PARCEL AND IT IS NOT ANYWHERE IN MY BOX OR ANYONE ELSES. THE LADY YESTERDAY SAID THE G.P.S TRACKER SAYS IT'S IN MY BOX. WELL WHAT A JOKE.. NOBODY CAN HELP ME SO I FILED A CLAIM AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION.THIS POST OFFICE IS GARBAGE.

WHAT IS REALLY SAD IS THAT NOT ONLY DID THIS REALLY SUCK DUE TO MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PRESENT NEVER MAKING IT TO HER, NOW I HAVE TO GO & PAY FOR A MAIL BOX AT THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE I CAN NO LONGER TRUST THE PEOPLE DELIVERING MY MAIL BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT, IT IS AN ISSUE THEY CAUSED. TWO SCENARIOS EXIST, EITHER A. THE MAIL LADY TOOK IT HERSELF & IS RELYING ON HER WORD AGAINST THE IDEA THAT POSSIBLY I TOOK THE PHONE AND AM MAKING A FALSE CLAIM IN THE ATTEMPT TO GET A FREE PHONE OR WHATEVER,( NOT THE CASE, IN FACT, I AM ALMOST POSITIVE, NOTHING WILL BE DONE AND I HAVE TO SUCK IT UP AS A LOSS), AND SCENARIO A. REALLY IS A TERRIBLE THING TO HAVE TO CONSIDER AND HOW COULD I GO ON TRUSTING MY MAIL TO BE DELIVERED ANY LONGER. NOW SCENARIO B. IS THAT THE MAIL LADY PUT MY PARCEL IN THE WRONG BOX ( NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER, BUT LUCKILY IT WAS AN HONEST NEIGHBOR AND SHE BROUGHT ME MY PACKAGE THAT TIME, AND IT WAS NOT A NICE NEW I PHONE SO WHO KNOWS), ANYWAYS IF SCENARIO B. IN FACT IS THE RIGHT ONE, THEN SINCE NO ONE SEEMED TO FEEL THE URGENCY TO COME CHECK THAT OUT WHEN I INFORMED THEM OF MY MISSING PARCEL AND TODAY AS I WAITED FOR THE MAIL TO ARRIVE AND TOLD THE MAN THAT INFORMED ME THAT THERE WERE NO PARCELS IN ANY ONE'S BOX, THEN THAT TELLS ME SOMEONE GOT THEMSELVES A NICE NEW FREE I PHONE DELIVERED COURTESY OF ROSAMOND'S POST OFFICE & OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT AS HONEST AS MY LAST NEIGHBOR. OH WELL, I WENT AND BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER A NEW I PHONE AT TARGET SO HER BIRTHDAY WAS NOT RUINED, I BOUGHT HER THE UPGRADED VERSION AND MADE HER VERY HAPPY, NOW LET'S SEE HOW THE INVESTIGATION GOES AND WHAT THEY COME UP WITH TO BREAK IT TO ME THAT I AM SCREWED OUT OF $220 AND THAT THEY BASICALLY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITIES TO FACE AND I CAN NO LONGER TRUST TO HAVE MY MAIL DELIVERED. Had a problem with a parcel left in a residential box but the key didn't work... I called and the lady I spoke with was very professional and eager. They got in touch with the delivery person and it was at my door before I could walk to the boxes!

Had the back of mail box pried open ( not the post office fault) . When a few neighbors came outside to talk about the vandalism and possible mail theft it was discovered the contracted out delivery person put our mail in the boxes with the back completely open. I guess a P.O. box is the lesser of two evils

It could have been delivered to wrong address. I have gotten mail for people with same numbered address but live on a different named street. You are then at your neighbor's mercy to hopefully return it back into the system and not toss it away.

Unless you keep up on tracking of your packages, your packages will end up missing. This has happened so many times since I've lived here. Tracking will say DELIVERED but the packages were NOT!!!

they lost my package... How can you loose a small sized book that can fit easily and perfectly in you mail box. Worst post office ever. And they misplaced my brothers package and delivered it 2 days late from the expected delivery date.

Mail has NO actual delivery schedule. It is possible for your mail to come at 2 separate times on the same day. They have a bad habit of putting important mail inside the junk mail pages. Also if you are expecting a package, you should also expect them to force it into your box, if it will not fit otherwise. (Not take it back to the facility for pick up, where it will remain unharmed) If you are lucky enough to get there as they are delivering your mail, expect to wait for them to have a full conversation with each other or someone on their cell phone, before you even think about receiving your mail. After all, it's not like you're waiting for a check, and have minimal amount of time to get to to a facility that can cash it and buy groceries for your kids. (*sarcasm) They claim to have the mail go out early in the morning, so there's no way to get it at the facility. (How did my mail get delivered at 4pm? Hmmm) what are they REALLY doing all that time!?(about 9 hours)

Also when they deliver packages to my mailbox, they will stuff whatever package they can into the small mailbox.
I've gotten packages that say "DELIVER TO DOOR" but those idiots just put it in the mail box instead of delivering to the door.
