I have left outgoing mail in my mailbox the last two days. The carrier puts the flag down and then puts my incoming mail on top of my outgoing mail. What do I need to do to get the carrier to take the mail? I'm in the 900 block of Chestnut Avenue, Redlands.

I called today 5 times and each wait was over 5 mins and then someone at the post office pick up and hung up on me. Not cool. I need a manager to call [number removed] I have a lot of mail to mail and would like to find out about the BMC zone skip program. we do 12500 small packages a day. You would think this would be a good amount for a call. ???

Getting other people's mail on regular basis. Mail person on his cell phone not paying attention to his job. Walks right by my out going mail and I have to chase him down. Package with delivery posted on USPS tracking not delivered for a week after it was claimed to be delivered. This is fraud by the USPS, a once respected government agency. I'm sure this happened so they could maintain they're performance claims.
