OK so I only had 2days left at the academy. I do have my Personal issue that has caused me to be late these first 2 days even coming back from my lunch. However that does not give Mr.Joe the rite to antagonize me. We already was down to just me another the student. So he started using racial remarks and also referring to me as Ginny pig. I’m also a gay male so certain parts of my tranny he would make jokes about transgenders and sexual jokes about panties ETC. Also when I did my practice driving he annoyed me all while I was driving didn’t say anything to the other student . Also went out his way to let me know that he think the other student is better than me and he going to do great. I don’t think he need to be instructor . Like I said . I take full responsibility of my tardiness. However the job and position I was getting hired for is not that serious or worth someone thinking they can be lil me or treat me like a slave . It is more careers out here with great benefits that and you don’t have to put up with that Joe mad because he old and probably wanted to become police officers but never could . So he try to apply that authority on upcoming employees . Wrong one buddy. Also I recommend applying for city carrier .

The mail carrier at Day Creek & Church area has anger issues. He leaves notes such as "Move your F&$king Car!" on our neighbors cars that are LEGALLY parked near the mailboxes. He also left a note in our box, "The boxes are NOT for storage. Check your mail DAILY!" We don't live for our mail deliveries, psycho. I'm way too busy to walk up the street (because you lazy drivers want all the boxes in 1 place) to get my mail. 95% of the time, the box is full of useless junk mail. I'm in no hurry to get that crap.

Alta Loma, off Hermosa above Vista Grove in"the Woods" development at around 3:40 pm on 4/4/23 a horrible rude female carrier driving about 50 miles per hr around a curve in a RESIDENTIAL area and didn't even stop at my house in such a hurry! If someone had been in the street as she came around the corner, she would have hit them!! Very dangerous driver. Someone had parked in front of my mailbox and she almost hit their car. I have NO control over who parks on my street but it's never my car so she didn't stop to deliver my mail.

mail carriers, mail handlers, mail processing centers are snooping into people private mail. they tearing corners on the envelopes and using handheld probe attached to camera while they insert the probe into people private mail, real entire content and process information without people consent. its violation of the u.s. mail privacy act. stop all mail centers, mail processors to stop looking into people's private mail information..

This is the second delivery I’ve tried to have delivered and my mail carrier keeps claiming my house is “vacant”. Literally I stayed home all day today with my car in the driveway purposely to show it’s not vacant obviously and sure enough I check my delivery through the app and it’s marked “vacant”. This happened to my other package about two weeks ago but yet my brothers package was delivered through USPS perfectly fine a few days ago. So I assumed this one would be delivered and wasn’t once again. Nobody answers in the post office I’ve called multiple times. Now I just go into the office and figure out why she keeps saying “vacant”

A woman employee was rude and yelled at me. I defended myself by speaking loudly and was asked to leave without being helped. I will be taking this to small claims court.

Ridiculous. Today I got another notification that my package had been delivered. And for the FIFTH TIME, my mail box is empty. I have opened two cases only to be told “sorry, things happen. We are busy and Covid has made us short staffed” which I have been VERY understanding about up until now. The third and fourth packages I had to repurchase because the senders responsibility is gone once it is in the hands of USPS and USPS didn’t care. My first and second packages I was able to get a refund from one sender and a replacement from the other but USPS? A blow off “oh well” How difficult is it to NOT SCAN a package as delivered until you are putting it in the box? I’m sorry, but this is not acceptable

Mail carrier put a mail key in my mailbox that is from another complex. I checked informed delivery and it stated my package was here I went to my mailbox and there was a key that did not belong to the parcel boxes in my complex. I have no idea where my package is and these were two expensive packages with my daughters birthday gifts. I have open cases and put a note in my mailbox for the mail carrier to see.

I mailed several homemade masks to family and friends because of this 🦠 virus situation. I send them in a small orange Manila envelope. I’ve sent several this last time I mailed 3 separate envelopes to 3 separate addresses on 4/23 to family in the inland empire. 2 arrived 4/26. It’s May 1st the last one still hasn’t arrived? My family members are home waiting for the post man each day and the masks! I asked the post office why the other hasn’t been delivered? They don’t have and answer??? I guess it disappeared? I’m sad because that envelope had 3 masks for a mommy , daddy & lil one.

On 9/4/19 in the afternoon I walked into the Post Office to mail my rent check which goes to a PO Box in Rancho Cucamonga.. As of 9/11/19 the property manager has not received my check.. I had to stop payment which cost me $32.00 and they have threatened to give me a 3 Day Notice to pay or quit and a late fee on top of that.. I am a Senior and this is just ridiculous.. Is other mail list from your facility..

update on my situation: I got a call from the Post Office yesterday (voicemail). The message was that the package is still there and they're waiting for someone to pick it up... strange, eh? Overnight delivery service - it is exactly 2 weeks after I gave it to them and they're still sitting on the package, they did not "return to sender". By mapping, the delivery address is 2.8 miles away in Rancho Cucamonga. The voicemail said "call us" which of course won't work. How they got my # is a mystery to me but I guess it was the Help Desk in D.C. that I called with my complaint and request for help. Lady said "your package is waiting to be picked up."

I have called several times with a quick question and every time i had to give up because the computer answer sequence can not connect a person. There is menus forever and I could not ascertain the right one that would get me a human to answer a quick question.

This is the 3rd time that my prioritiy mail has been lost. Where do my packages go? Tracking either says it's at the post office or has been delivered. It's lost at the post office? Good job. Do new hires get training? I've also called and half the time no one answers at the Post office in Rancho Cucamonga, California. What's funny is I live across the street from the Post Office and they can't even deliver.

I'm starting to think our postal route here in Rancho Cucamonga is a training ground for mail carriers... Our regular postal worker retired a few years back and it has been a crap shoot every since then. All the neighbors get together in the middle of the street every now and then and trade mail. The postal service has become a joke. With internet bill pay and other services rendering the mail obsolete you think they would try harder..

I have a problem with their Priority Mail Pickup. Two times now you never picked up my package as directed by their pick up confirmation. Confirmation was to be picked up on 1/5/17, and they did not show up. I had to take the package to the Post Office that evening. I got a email that same day that it was picked up, which was a lie as it was not picked up. This is the second time a package was not picked up and I got an email that it was. Someone in your company is entering faults information. The Rancho Cucamonga Post Office does a bad job picking up packages. Many times I have to call and tell them that a package was not picked up, and they finally send someone to pick it up. Something needs to be done about this problem or I will use UPS to deliver my packages.
