Most of the Pomona USPS carriers are fine but I want do know a few take "shortcuts," such as throwing away the weekly supermarket ads so they don't have to deliver them. While I generally don't care if junk mail isn't delivered, I do like to get the supermarket ads so I can see what's on sale. Sometimes, weeks or even months will go by when I don't get them, but then they'll start reappearing. I have a feeling it's because some carriers toss the ads while other do their jobs and deliver them. I wonder if anyone else experiences this in Pomona?

I wanted to post a GOOD comment here. My carrier, Gabby, does a WONDERFUL job! She is ALWAYS on time and I can almost set my watch by her delivery times. She respects my property, and my neighbor's property also. She has a nice personality and dresses well and is pleasant to speak to. Thanks!

To whom it may concern, I want to formally complain and report the new post women delivering main in Pomona specifically, Lyndale Ave. This women is 3 weeks into delivering mail. Since her start I and many neighbors are getting mail that doesn't belong to us. When mentioned to this postal women, she rudely said to simply put it back in the mailbox. This has occurred multiple times and I would like someone to respond and correct this problem. I have been waiting for a very important document that was mailed to be 10 days ago from the city of Pomona and to date I have not received it. It is probably in someone else's hands. My missing mail contains private information, and this is not acceptable. Someone please resolve this problem and send us a different person to deliver our mail. One with a professional attituded would be great. I am a senior and this problem causes great anguish. Needles to say, I too have been trying to call the office and no one answers. Your prompt attention is appreciated.

Please allow your worker employee to stock Priority Mailers and Labels in the Lobby, just as you have Certified labels and Registered mail cards in the Lobby. Doing so will speed up processing for customers. As you have it now, we must wait for you to open at 9 am before we can access Priority Mail products. Thank you for considering improvements to Customer Services.

PAY ATTENTION. A lot of comments with “not answering phone” THIS IS WHAT ANYTHING RAN BY THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE LIKE. Think the DMV, THE POST OFFICE— and you all want YOUR HEALTHCARE ran by this SAME SYSTEM?? You want your INCOME and LIVELIHOODS entrusted to the same entity that runs these trash government organizations??? The same organizations that do NOT prioritize you because they KNOW you HAVE TO USE THEM... They do not answer the phone. Cannot make a complaint for the postal worker that said I couldn’t have my package because they couldn’t bring it up the stairs.

The postmaster left a notice in my mailbox about my mailbox not meeting official standards. I have'nt had any problems in the past about my mailbox and now we have a new postmaster and there's an issue! The notice states that my box should be raised 52" then it states that it should be lowered 36"! I have done the measurements and it is at 39". So which is it?? For questions, I should call (909) 865-1267, but I've been calling and after several rings it hangs up on me!! If they're telling me to call this number, they need to have someone answering the phone!! This is so disappointing!

Really disappointed in the service rendered at this location. As a customer and a tax payer one expects to get adequate service. I've called the phone number posted for several days constantly and no one *ever* answers the phone. In person, the staff are pleasant for the most part. However, if you express a concern they immediately become defensive and verbally combative. I actually heard a customer politely ask for a supervisor - the clerk was excited to call the supervisor; and when supervisor came, he was just as bad as the clerk. He basically gave him the number with no attempt to address the issue...he didn't care. I've been going to this location for many years and the personnel has not changed. (Respectfully) Everyone that works in front with the public carry's on as if they are counting the days for retirement - this is reflective in their attitude and service. It really saddens me even writing this as I look through the comments below, there are little to no replies to address customers concerns. I believe it's partially related to this particular area in Pomona, it's not the best. It's a sense of USPS and governing authorities disregard for the community due to their socioeconomic status. I actually did not want to even waste my time and write this review. However, remaining silent is a part of contributing to the problems. The issues need to be addressed and service has to get better - across the board from late mail, missing mail, packages being returned to sender without any research on box numbers when a name is on the package, to poor customer relations.

Why is our mails delivered after 6-6:30PM and sometimes after 7PM ? one day we locked the gate @7PM then next morning we saw our mails on the lawn which means someone threw over the gate after 7PM.

Wish our mail Carrier would not walk on our lawn which has been a problem for some time. I have made a complain a few months back and the problem has not been resolved.i must believe that this issue has not been taken seriously.

Have a New Postal person - most of us on our Block get the wrong mail because the Postal person has the music so darn Loud and is NOT paying attention. I have a son in the Military and the neighbors are Nice enough to bring my mail. Post Office needs a better Post Master to get this place & it's associates doing there Jobs!!

Paid a premium fee for 2 day delivery. The Pomona, California Post Office is trying to deliver my package to a business at 6:15 pm. The business like most, closes at 5:00 pm. Make sense to you?

I keep calling the number and they keep letting it ring or answer the phone and hang up. I called the 1-800 # and they couldn't answer my question they referred me back to Pomona post office. I let them know I have been trying to contact them and they told me to call 714-662-6215 and file a complaint. So I will do just that, please help get this resolved.
