I am absolutely furious with the personnel at this postal station. I mailed student test materials via media mail, which is permissible and posted on the USPS website. It was returned to me becausei it wasn't bound like a book, and the clerk, an African American woman with a short afro hair style had the audacity to be indignant and incredibly rude. Please let me know ASAP if the posted rules for media mail are accurate. I am genuinely enraged and so are my students parents.
