I love the Pinole Post Office. They are always very helpful and welcoming. They helped us with our "message in a bottle" wedding invitations a few years back and made the process very easy and enjoyable.

Extremely poor service- I have a P.O Box at this location in Pinole my mail has been sent back as undeliverable yet they are happy to collect my payment from me which I pay on time and in full for 6 months. I was sent from a bill from Kaiser to the PO BOX and since Kaiser never heard from me it was sent to collections , this is not the first time my mail has been deemed undeliverable by the Pinole post office .. tell me how is it not deliverable when I HAVE PAID IN FULL?? I am really upset about this and will be following up with a complaint to the postal supervisor.

dont bother.. I have a po box because my mail at home OFTEN did not reach me and it was common that I received someone else's mail, so Over a couple of months, I complained to the mail carrier, then later to the counter person, then later to that persons lead, and finally to the postmaster of the facility.. nothing got fixed I now pay for a PO box.Though it is not as often the problem still exists...Very unprofessional careless staff
