Our complex address is 2700 New York Drive, Pasadena 91107. We have a Kiosk for mail delivery for our 48 units. The streets are Dove Creek and Creekside Ct. For the last several months there has been missed delivered mail and the parcels have not been put in the larger parcel boxes, the boxes have been left on the floor of the kiosk. Our kiosk is secure, but to have to go through all the packages is breech of privacy and not the system previous mail carriers have used or what we would like the carrier to do. Please look into this problem.
