My very special Post Master hand delivered a piece of mail that had been lost and seemed to be looping in different cities. This piece of mail was hand made birthday cards from my Granddaughters which is always a special gift on my birthday. I thought that I would never receive them. It broke my heart watching it go everyday to a different city other than in my mailbox. Knowing how upset I was, the Post Master hand delivered my special piece of mail. I was overwhelmed by her kindness and caring. That's going above and beyond. This is one special lady!

As we are going through a historic time of the disaster, I apologize, if I could not pick up my mail for a while. I will be up to receive my mail today or tomorrow. Thank You for your patience. Liz T PO Box 3174

Can you tell me if you are remaining open in Paradise. My medical company said our address in Paradise is not on USPS. Before the fire we were getting our medication. Our home is still standing is the information we received true. Have we been deleted???from USPS

Currently you can go to the Paradise post office, fill out a slip with your address and name and they'll retrieve it. (Bring ID) Routes are being surveyed to begin mail delivery again.

You guys are the best! You all work so hard, and with a smile. What else could anyone ask for? I will not accept any complaints directed at the workers of the Paradise Post Office, or Magalia for that matter.

My bank statement was sent back to Umpqua Bank, marked by the post office as "undeliverable" generating a $5 charge and stopping my bank statement deliveries. Please identify how this happened and correct this. Craig Smith 6431 Gregory Ln. Paradise ca

It is 9:03pm. I have not received my mail. I don't see a reason for this. The post office is not closed. The mail in my box to be picked up was not. The delivery to my home has been a problem since I moved in. Late, non-existent, I have relayed messages many times. Tomorrow I send a complaint to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs, state of Cal. I can't convey my anger enough! Roxanne Mulder
