We have lot of delivery problems in our PANORAMA CITY Area (on chase street).Many times I found wrong mail delivered to our address. Recently my Priority package lost and it says it was delivered on porch @12:50 pm on 04/22/20 While my electric gate was not open whole day .How this can be possible??? It may be delivered to wrong address. Tracking# of package was Tracking ID: 9405511899562390361334 It contains 16 DVD'S SET COST ME $300 Please investigate

Each time I tried to get my mail transferred from my P.O. Box I got a letter saying it cannot be done. What kind of crazy law is that. If the mail belongs to the person it is addressed to why can't it be transferred to new address. My mail was getting stolen so I had it sent to a P.O. Box temporarily. What can customers in this situation do if we cannot reach everyone to change the address individually? I missed some very important mail. Their are millions who use P.O. boxes for personal reasons.

THREE TIMES now I have mailed birthday cards to employees at Ridgeview Manor 14920 Gledhill St, Panorama City 91402 marked OFFICE, and THREE TIMES the envelopes were returned to me! I checked with the office staff and their mail is not delivering because the carrier is unaware there is an OFFICE????
