I need a passport appointment

I live out of state. I send my brother [a poorly paid essential worker who works the night shift] N95 masks to keep him safe. He does not own a computer. We notified him on 9/21/22 that his masks arrived. He went to pick them up from his P.O. Box only to be told that the masks had been sent back on 9/21/22. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. When I attempted to call the local phone number, it rings until it kicks me out of the system. Repeatedly. We must demand that the federal government do a better job of supporting postal workers. I have no doubt that a mistake of this kind occurred because employees are overworked and under resourced.

We lost our package in Okland USPS, it has our passports, and it has been more than 15 days we are trying to call the office to help us find it, nobody is helping and nobody trying to do their job. The Okland USPS OFFICE should be shut down.

I've come to realize that that spate of post office shootings several years back weren't committed by post office employees, but by customers...
