I AM HAVING THE WORST TIME GETTING IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO WORKS FOR THIS POST OFFICE.
I SENT A PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY ON 5/4/2017 FROM MARYLAND TO MY SON WHO LIVES IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD CA AND I PAID EXPRESS DELIVERY FEES AND AS OF TODAY 5/18/17 THE PACKAGE HAS NOT BE DELIVERED.
I CALLED USPS AND SPOKE WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMER REP WHO HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
I WAS GIVEN THE NORTH HOLLYWOODS PHONE NUMBER TO TRY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE. I WAS TOLD TO ASK FOR A DELIVERY SUPERVISOR AND WHEN THE ONE PERSON DID ANSWER, I WAS GIVEN THE NAME OF THE SUPERVISOR (JESSIE) WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I PROVIDED ALL MY CONTACT INFORMATION; NAME, CELL PHONE NUMBER, CASE NUMBER, ADDRESS OF DELIVERY TO THAT AND WAS TOLD I WILL RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. 5/18/17 I HAVE MADE CALLS TO THIS POST OFF EVERY HOUR AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED.
THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WISH I KNOW WHO I COULD COMPLAIN TOO!
I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I AM RECEIVING, I OWN A SMALL BUSINESS AND MY MAIL IS VITAL TO THE SUCCESS OF MY COMPANY SINCE THE LAST TWO REGULAR PERSONNEL (RUTH) AND ( BOB) THINGS HAVE NOT BEEN THE SAME. I DON'T EVEN KNOW MY MAIL CARRIER'S NAME. HOW UN FORMAL AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I NEED MY MAIL ON A DAILY BASIS AND SHOULD BE AT A SPECIFIC TIME. CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE NOW!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IS A BOLD FACED LIAR.
Today when I came home from work my magazines were on the ground in the front lawn. I live on a main street in an apartment. I'm always getting mail for people who don't live in my building and the address is not even close. I put this mail in an area where the mail man can see and take it back yet he leaves if there for days. I currently have no mail in my mailbox and since my magazine was on the lawn I'm now worried that other mail may have been dropped there to. I am very upset need this addressed asap otherwise I will be contacting your post master.
