Postal Locations

I AM A CUSTOMER AT THE BALBOA PENINSULA POST OFFICE. I HAVE HAD A PO BOX THERE FOR MANY YEARS NOW. DUE TO THE DRASTIC CHANGE OF THERE HOURS I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO MY MAIL! THIS IS A 24 HOUR LOCATION AND IT HAS NOW ONLY BEEN ACCESSIBLE FROM 9-4 MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS. AND CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS. NOT COOL! I PAID MY FREAKING FEES TO HAVE A SECURE AND ACCESSIBLE PO BOX AND THAT IS JUST WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU AS A MAIL DELIVERING SERVICE. you say the street people have been getting inside the office when the clerk is not there---- then get cameras, get a combination lock (code provided to paying customers), and if someone makes a mess then well that's the post offices job to make sure its tidy. not the customers responsibility nor accountability nor business to have any affect on the customer themself. I WANT ACCESS TO MY MAIL! this is a poor business action in handling street people, vandalism, and or messy floors. IF MAIL WAS TAKEN FROM THE PO BOXES... then there should be cameras installed already throughout this facility. if you need to shut down the office sooner then get a pad lock/combination lock that the customers have access to in order to get their important mail. DONE. this is ridiculous USPS
