After reading some negative reviews, I have to speak up for the wonderful front desk people at the PO on Second Street. They are unfailingly cheerful, helpful and professional. They will even come out from behind the counter to help you find the appropriate box or envelope for your parcel. Kind of shatters the stereotype of the uncaring USPS employee, doesn't it?

The Post Office at 1436. 2nd Street, Napa is filthy and in need of a good clean. The Covid striped tape should be removed from the floor. This office is a disgrace

Every time I call for an issue with my mail no one at this location ever answers the GD phone this is so frustrating!! Awful awful business. Tracking system is glitched and my tracking number is a recycled number so I can’t even track my package. Absolutely NO help has been offered at this location or the USPS customer service help line. Extremely disappointed

Misdirected mail going to neighbors that live around corner on a different street, approached one mail lady that she gave me wrong mail her excuse “ I could not see the address”.

Def some problems with management and of course reliability. I have been living at my current address for more than 14yrs, and still continue to have issues with my packages being delivered. I wished Amazon would start taking the lead delivering packages because out local USPS is really lacking. Failed Promised delivery dates, lazy workers, high turn around, and simply flake customer service. I am willing to may a couple dollars more to have my amazon deliveries done though anyone other than USPS. I certainly will be forwarding this url to an Amazon Associate that works in Operations. I certainly am not the only one that is fed up with the service that USPS is offering.

Worst service I have had in 30 plus years. Promised redelivery dates, more than 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for service with the 800 number twice in four days, Online tracking and redelivery system does not work. Finally two days after online followup I receive a call from Napa Post Office saying they will not be able to deliver for another day. BTW, the original package was set for next day delivery. Not even a horse and buggy takes that long!

I moved to MacBeth St March 2018. I have had many pieces of mail from my main office in Burlingame arrive 2,3,4 days later than others from my company and one time 12 days later. Received mail from my granddaughter that had been opens and nothing was in the envelope. The most recent problem has me so angry. I mailed the registration check for my car on May 17th, I watched the mail carrier take it off my mailbox, and it still has not arrived . I didn’t realize my check hadn’t been cashed right away so the charge went up 25 dollars. Spoke to someone in Sacramento and she said surely the check would come soon. Thought of putting stop in check but my bank would charge s fee on top of the 25 extra I was already paying so waited now it still hasn’t arrived and the bill has gone up 40... unbelievable !!! I have until the 20th before it goes up again so hoping it gets there. There is no excuse for such poor service ..beyond angry😡

We get mail rarely on Yosemite Street when substitute carriers are involved. We are well within city limits. WTH is going on??? It's almost 8 PM tonight and we have not had delivery. I can't find a way to contact the postmaster. Right now, I expect the postmaster is a robot and a poorly performing one at that.

On 9/27/17 approximately @11am, I mailed 2 letters one with returned receipt, & 2nd one express mail. My boyfriend was with me, this Post Office Clerk asked me if he's my husband. Wow! it's inappropriate question dealing with customer. It's unprofessional asking customer if he's your husband or not. The Clerk is Filipino lady on her 50's. I won't be coming back this Post Office in Trancas St in Napa, California. I don't realized the employees here asked if single or married, she must be working as a reporter with her big mouth, very unprofessional. She need to be discipline with her action dealing with customer.

I have struggled with getting my mail for years. I even get other peoples mail. Its a joke! 30 phone calls seems to maybe helpfor a brief time but Its still happening often. Pony express is no longer trustworthy. I need my mail!

Did not think service could get any worse............But got our mail at 10:30pm on Tuesday October 11 and at 9:00 pm on Thursday October l3.. Do not seem to be getting all our mail..... Normal Tuesday ads arrived on Wednesday. Prescriptions that were mailed last Friday still have not arrived......... either more mail people need to be hired, or maybe it is time to privatize the Mail Service..........Service keeps getting worse..........Do mail delivery people get overtime? If so, some are really milking it......... Something needs to be done

At least twice a week I receive misdirected mail for any one of my neighbors. It varies from my next door neighbor to someone further down the street. This makes me wonder how much of my mail is ending up at some else's address and is not redelivered to my address. With the increase in how many times this happens on a regular basis it appears that the mail carrier for Briarwood Street, Napa, CA needs additional training. This lack of attention to detail by the carrier is totally unacceptable. I am sending this email not only on my behalf but that of my neighbors as well. Thank you, Jeanne Doty

no delivery of mail today 4/28/14. Had outgoing mail and important incoming mail expected. Checked if today was holiday..NO! No delivery @94558 No pick-up @94558. Did you declare yourselves another holiday in Napa, CA or was this declared a long weekend. Email is more reliable!
