On a regular basis we are not receiving our mail!!!!!! I have the Daily email letting me know what I am getting every day! It is when a vehicle is parked near the boxes, not even close to the boxes!!!! She has stated in the past it is a danger for her to actual get off her butt and put the mail in the boxes, we follow all the rules, but our neighbors have their workers or friend come over we are penalized! I am in the process of fostering a child and have very important paperwork that should be delivered by a certain date! It hasn't been! There needs to be a change!

I have a notification that a package and several letter sized mail was delivered today so I walk out to my mailbox to find it has been broken into and wont close. I should have been notified and mail taken to the post office. How could the carrier leave mail in a broken box???? Nobody has answered the phone at the Murrieta post office. Been trying for an hour... thank you!!

I've had a package stolen out of my mailbox by someone who has a key. I'd like to have the lock changed. Do I need authorization from you to do this?

I live at 40150 Jaylene street, MUrrieta, ca 92563. We have community mailboxes and have not gotten the last 2 days of mail delivery because idiots have parked in front of the box. We do not know who the cars belong to and have called police several times but cars are gone by the time the cops come. In this time when folks have to send back unemply notices and expect work mail getting our mail is IMPORTANT could you ask the cops for a red or green curb. and please ask you drivers to help out.

Somehow my package got sent to Murrieta by mistake and has never been seen or heard of since. It had a tracking number that somehow tracked to the Murrieta PO but never tracked out of the PO. Post Office Employee there says he sent it to San Bernardino but He never scanned it and it is not in San Bernardino or anywhere in the USPS system. Someone at this PO is doing a vey, scary job of taking care of our mail.

A postal contractor changed locks (and keys) on our Tenaja area mail box. Our mail was delivered to the house. Thank you. However, I'm told I'll have to go to our main post office tomorrow (maybe) to pick up new keys. No prior notice of this procedure was given. Couldn't the (new) keys be delivered to the house? Thank you.

Two days in a row no mail delivery..... in 12 years we have never had consistent daily delivery. Mail persons in personal cars, plain clothes as well as mail trucks and delivery persons in us postal uniform. We are NOT unicorporated. No reason for sloppy delivery.

Where's our mail!? We live on Val Vista Ct 92563. We have not received any explanation or solutions from USPS as to 'what, where, when, or how' our mail box "to send" box was broken into and compromised. It is now approx day 4 and I want to hear what's going on, will you deliver, should we pick up at USPS Los Alamos!?!?

I live in a condominium complex and every time I have a large parcel delivered and it gets put in the large boxes for delivery the key gets stuck in the mailbox. This is the third delivery I have not been able to receive due to the locks in the large parcel mailbox being broken. I have asked the local post office to fix it, no response!

Our customer said he frequently does not receive items that we mail him. His address is 38150 Via Majorca in Murrieta 92562. We mailed him something very important on June 26 and we rec'd it back today as "undeliverable." Can someone please look into this please? It is causing a lot of grief for our client and a lot of extra work for us to immediately replace the missing mail. This mail is actually the client's paycheck and this could cause him financial harm. I suppose I could suggest the client switch to UPS. Please contact [number removed] to advise if we are doing something wrong. Thank you. Cleta

It is now 9:50 PM, and our neighborhood has not yet seen our carrier, or received mail. This is not a one time problem. Our address is 38260 Calle Arrebol, Murrieta, CA 92563. Please get this recurring situation rectified. Some days mail arrives before 3:00 pm; others after 7:00 PM. Thank you. Retired carrier from this area of San Diego District
