Went to the mailbox to find a key in my box . There was no attached card to tell me where my package is. This is idiotic. Don't the postal workers check before they put the key in my box or someone else's. If I have a package I would like to get it.

I have not had use of a mail box for a month. I have Bills and unemployment paperwork in the box. You need to replace the box. We need the unemployment that we cannot get because our paperwork was not mailed in. I cann't get to it. I have already had to pay late fees on two bills that are in the mailbox. I need the unemployment forms mailed and I cann`t get them out! Please take care of this problem.

My husband took time off work to be home to sign for a package. So when I got an email alert that 'nobody was home' to sign for the package...I was suspicious and checked our cameras. Sure enough, the mail person pulled up to the group boxes right across the street from my house, filled out an orange Form 3849 (the 'Sorry We Missed You' form), stuck it in our box and drove away - never even tried to deliver it. Wish I could say it was the first time, but this kind of thing happens all of the time. Why is it so hard for people to do their jobs? They're being paid to perform a service - do it or find a another job instead of making everyone else suffer.

This post office continues to excel in the worst customer service in the world. I know having been in the military for over 25 years and lived all over kingdom come. Having endured increased fees for P.O. Box service and decreased access to get mail from our PO Box, they now have trumped even this by NOT ADHERING TO POSTED HOURS OF ACCESS, for over a week. I reported this issue to a live person who forwarded it to a supervisor, oh gee, they forgot to schedule coverage behind someone's vacation! After being assured that would not occur again today, low and behold ANOTHER LOCKED LOBBY! Can I charge the US Postal Service for lack of access, delayed bill payment, wasted time, wasted gas and general deception and lack of ethics from a public service entity? Shame on all of you!

It is getting ridiculous with the retrieving mail. I had to stand in line over 45 minutes. We need to have boxes at our houses if the group boxes keep getting broken into. That will take a lot longer than if someone would get out and fix these 70 boxes. If there is that much trouble, there should be cameras on them. This is a federal offense. Why is this going on this long? We need answers.

Our coupons and ads for Sylmar Drive 92553 - for about 2 months. I have signed a form for customer concerns at Alessandro. I am concerned the materials are there at the post office and not delivered. At visit, staff have been kind to give me materials. Our area needs to coupons and alerts to things on sale.
