Very poor holiday service. Today at 2:20pm I picked up mail and found a yellow card in my box. I waited in line 28 minutes while only one person, a gentleman, was at the counter. The line included 7 people in front of me and 9 people behind me. Total: 17 I read my mail while I waited. A disorganized woman was at the counter the entire time, and her credit card had insufficient funds. The gentleman at the counter let her stand at the counter and make telephone calls to try to straighten out the non-working credit card. Then he let her go out to her car and get her purse, which she strangely neglected to bring into the post office. Finally after 28 minutes, an older, taller auburn-haired lady named "Susan" appeared to take yellow cards. My question is: Where was "Susan" all this time? Suggestion: Disorganized people need to step aside, and let normal people simply pick up their mail. The gentleman should have serviced people in line while this woman made telephone calls and went back to the parking lot. Not good service. Not organized.
