Can I please get the Matt Holliday relic card it would make my sisters day because she was mad about the cardinals not signing him a new contract and I am a real big cards fan

We had our mail stopped for a whole week while on family vacation and (of course) came home to an empty mailbox. Now that we (of course) want to pick it up, they say THEY CAN'T FIND IT! We have spoken with 2 different people about this and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. We were expecting some court papers, among other normal and important mail. Wtf??

Seriously, someone needs to pay attention to sorting mails. I am getting tons of my neighbors mails. Some are even from blocks away from me. My mails are of course in my next door neighbors. This is just annoying and these employees are just giving bad image to USPS. Don't make it worse as it is by hiring employees who don't care. They collect their paychecks right? Then, in return serve better! Golden rule: Don't do to others what you don't want them do to you. Simple as that.

White lady, big hair. Bad attitude. Shouldn't help in the front! Needs customer service training!
