The person at the passport office said no walk ins eventhough on the website it says 9am to 10am walk ins at the blithedale post office. This happened 4.12.24 at 945am
Terrible. You never answer your phone . Package for my mother Lynn Blaustein said delivered. Not true. Then says held at post office client request. NOT TRUE. We are elderly 95 years old. Can’t come pick up. Don’t appreciate lies.
I have not had good delivery service in the two years I have lived in Mill Valley. When I have called during business hours, no one answers. I fill out a vacation request and my mail is not redelivered on the date requested. This time it was delivered five days later. I missed some opportunities to purchase a few things because of the delay. I will continue to try to get them on the phone AGAIN to ask what the problem is EVERY TIME. My mail is usually delivered at 7:30 at night. I subscribe to the mail delivery alerts, and it is seldom I get what is listed within a week. We were waiting for a pathology report, and we did receive it timely. The post mark was April 23, we got it May 5. We missed being able to give it to the primary doctor in time for our appointment. I have no trust in the Mill Vally post office.
Every year I receive Christmas cards in January that have an early December postmark. Why are you not delivering the mail!?
In August, I put my FIT test and my primary ballot in the mail at the post office. Neither was delivered!
If we have a package that is too large for our P.O. Box which we paid for over 40 years. Why can't the carrier put the large package(s) into the lockers next to the P.O. Box???? Why do we have to wait until it opens & get into line with the Yellow card to pick up our package? We have a PO Box so that we can get our mail 24-7 without having to interact with your staff.I know people are lazy! It's just steps away from our and put the key into our P.O. Box, very simple!
Hello, I live at 219 W. Blithedale Ave., Mill Valley CA 94941 and Don is my regular carrier. I know he’s away on vacation but whomever is covering for him needs to know we have a very friendly dog. Please let them know. Thank you!
your stamp machine is broken.
your online stamp ordering service will not let me create an account.
how do i get stamps from you without coming in?
i am part of the vulnerable population.
Today I overheard the difficulty an employee of here faced when visiting an Urgent Care center due to an on-the-job injury. The postmaster of this facility, Kim supposedly, refused to provide the employee or urgent care with information on who covers the employees when on-shift, and their policy number. The employee may pay out of pocket and get reimbursed, but not everyone can afford this. I could tell by the conversation the reception had with the postmaster that she was not friendly at all, and it seemed to upset the patient greatly.
I can understand how nobody here answers phones, and has the general notion of not giving a shit, when that is how their postmaster treats them and apparently other professionals that she comes in contact with on a day to day basis.
I am disgusted. -- what an understatement
I am disabled and use a mobility scooter to get around. I have a PO Box at your facility and I go there 3 to 4 times a week on average. Your counter staff people are always polite and helpful and I appreciate their service. However I have major problem with accessibility The front doors are heavy and difficult to open by a person in my condition. The Americans with isabilities Act requires that modifications. such as a door opening mechanism be installed in buildings open to the public. I, and other disabled patrons would appreciate your compliance as this situation has proven very troubling especially on rainy days. Thank you for your consideration.
I tried called to cancel an appointment to have Passport Photos taken tomorrow morning but no one answered the phone all week. The Mill Valley Staff are very cordial especially Monica.

The phone hasn't been answered all day and now it's busy - my package has been "out for delivery" for two days. Now I know why USPS is going out of business!
Look up PAEA. It's because the Republicans require that the USPS prefund its future health care benefit payments to retirees for the next 75 years in a 10-year time span, meaning that it has to put aside billions of dollars to pay for the health benefits of employees it hasn't even hired yet, something that no other government or private Corporation is required to do. If it weren't for this the USPS would have a 1.5 billion dollar Surplus, but that's not what you Republicans won is it? No, you Republicans want to privatize everything.

I've tried to call the phone for days - no one ever picks up - just rings and rings and rings. I've had my mail forwarded temporarily - and it has yet to be delivered. The mix up is on the Mill Valley end, it seems. I'm finding USPS to be very unreliable and unprofessional in general! If they aren't going to pick up, then they shouldn't advertise the option of calling!
