the letter carrier who delivers our mail (103 Walnut St., Menlo Park ) performs his tasks excellently. He is also very pleasant when I speak with him. i hope USPS appreciates his service.
I will take this opportunity to make a suggestion. I sometimes shop at Marvin's Farmers' Market at Willow Rd. & Chester St. in Menlo Park. There is a mail box there, which I use. i suggest that mail boxes be placed at supermarkets and public libraries, places where people go in the course of their daily activities. That would make mailing letters much easier. Thanks.
Hi.
Complaint about delivery:
I live in Belle Haven side,I have problems with my mails the mailman put my mail in my Neighbors house always they bring to me.I don't know what happen probably they are different carrier.
My husband apply for New US passport on June 29,2022 he received, but he still waiting for his citizen certificate.Thank you
We did not receive our mail yesterday and when it is delivered, it's usually very late in the day. I realize you have a shortage of staff, but there is no number to call and ask about our mail and we are a country club and need to have normal pickup.
I am so upset with the package delivery service at this USPS location. 90% of my packages get delivered elsewhere by this postal service. I want to know what the PROBLEM IS???!! I am looking to file a complaint. It is ridiculous! Don’t they see the address on the package!!!
I live at 1100 Sharon Park Drive # 30, 94025. The delivery service at our condominium for the past year or so has been dreadful. Sometimes the mail arrives as late as 7:30 PM. I had recently requested a "mail hold" using the yellow form you provide. My held mail was delivered in a scattered manner. On Jan.11 the mail was delivered to the cubbies below the locked boxes above. Was the carrier too lazy to put the mail in the locked boxes? I have tried calling the main office using several phone number, one provided by the staff at the Avy office and one found online for the Bohannon office. No answer for either number. What is going on with USPS? Sally Porter 650-234-1212
