Why the hell they closed on a mf Saturday🙄 my package says it’s been delivered to the post office on the 18th at 10:33am so me like the person I am, I’m up early drinking some tea super excited for this package. The anticipation is eating at me and I keep tracking my package just to find out the place where my package was last delivered is closed the day it was “supposed” to arrive oooo I am so freaking pīssed off and after reading some of these reviews I am not happy. I will be getting drunk today due to this so thank you very much.

I sent a package for Fathers Day and my dad has not received it. The tracking says it was delivered to a Parcel Locker. His neighborhood has delivery to his house. Where can I pick up from the parcel locker? It says Madera Parcel Locker. Thank you

Just move address to Madera ....where there 1 BIG Mail Box at the center of neighbor street. I have the key but I do not remember which mail box number is mine. Can post office help me locate the right box number on file or should I stick the key in every boxes and wait for the bing GO!... I don't know If I try might someone big GO me on the back while they think I'm try to break in. Why would the post office here in Central Vally feel the need to just build a big box on the street, when there less population....while in the Bay Area there million and the postal guy has to walk every house.

I’ve had over 12 blunders with my postal carrier, itemS described as delivered -when they weren’t-had to make formal complainS then they miraculously appear in my box, I’ve received keys to bigger boxes for my delivered packageS only to find the box empty...again packages miraculously appear after formal complaint, packageS that were never recovered, and keys to bigger boxes tossed on the floor that a neighbor found & checked to see my address and generously drove to drop them off...NO action has been taken or even addressed at this point. Very disappointing

I’m wondering if there is set times that the mailman or woman have to deliver the mail on weekdays and Saturdays ?

Why do My packages and letters sometimes get placed in my neighbors mailbox when clearly it has my apartment number ? I was suppose to receive 3 packages 2 weeks ago and still nothing...

I have called multiple times to see why my package never even left Madera. Can not get through, line is always busy. Not the greatest or professional post office.

I am very upset that today our Amazon used USPS who delivered our package to the wrong house, the wrong street!!!! Same address numbers. I managed to be contacted via facebook from the recipient where we met and shared like stories of her getting our mail and us theirs. We end up delivering each others mail without knowing it but since this was a big package I am lucky to have received it. I can't get thru to Judy at the post office nor could she, line is constantly busy. Can your drivers slow down, take a minute to double check addresses. It is clear that you are on Road 36 versus Mark Rd, it should be!!!!! This happens way to often. I called 2 weeks ago when I got my neighbors mail and who knows where ours went. Identity theft and fraud on on the rise, we don't need the postal service helping the crooks out.

Again I did not receive my Sunday delivery. I have lost money in the past from the same problem...on occasion, a neighbor has delivered to me because it was left at a non posted addressed house. My address and name is clearly posted on my home, yet you continue to deliver to an incorrect house....! I have written emails...letters and made phone calls. I will again try and contact main Postal Service of Calif. RIDICULOUS

Another problem! Today I go to the community mail box to pick up my mail, my box is empty. No big deal. But as I turn away, I see a stack of mail bundled in a rubber band BEHIND the community box. I picked it up thinking I would deliver the mail to the recipient's box! IT WAS MY MAIL. The worst part about it is the top envelope was a new Debit card! This is not the first mistake since I moved to this address. There have been many mistakes and it's boiling my butt. When I lived in the Ranchos I had the an older gentleman as our mailman for 20 years. NEVER ANY ISSUES and he always bent over backward to be of service. Since they moved him to another route, there have been issues there as well. I'm very unhappy with the Madera Post office.
