I live in Los Gatos but in the mountains, a quarter mile from the mailboxes. In the past, over-sized items had a note placed in the mailbox so I could pick them up from the Post Office. Recently, the carrier has been too lazy to do this, and leaves them by the side of the road where - SHOCKING - they go missing. Almost 100% of the time. And they lie and say, 'Package was left in mailbox', when there's no way the package could fit. Please investigate whoever the carrier is on my route and re-train them. Leaving stuff on the side of the road is terrible service.

Several times my outgoing mail hasn't been picked up BECAUSE I had no mail to be delivered! Being disabled, I depend on the postal service to retrieve my mail as well as deliver my mail......dependable service seems to be history; disgusting and terrible.

I brought my rent check to the PO to be delivered to a LG PO box. It had a Forever stamp. It was my rent check. It was not received. It was not returned. Both had Forever stamp. These stamps are FOREVER . It was an older stamp. If not put in the box at the L G Post Office handed to a clerk stamped why wasn't received or returned? Has happened TWICE with forever stamps. Not returned. not delivered! I could be evicted!!

03/10/21 Expecting a lg item to be delivered, there was no notice in mailbox the item was too large for mailbox, we understand it would be too big and wonder why the USPS was designated deliverer anyway. We arranged to pick up the item at Santa Cruz P O and the rudest person did help my husband bring the box to car. Each of us thanked him and I was ready to tip him, but he stalked away, once more I thanked him but he wasn't having any pleasantries today! Once we arrived home, there was mail which had been mis-delivered to a neighbor, on our front porch. Is the old saying mail gets thru rain, snow ? It is raining today. Job well done by us and neighbor, not so with USPS. What's up with ineptitude and attitude?

I am frustrated. We have always had amazing service and recently we got a new mail carrier. What a disaster. One day my daughter answered the door to find two different neighbors returning her packages which were mistakeningly delivered to their address. Twice now, we have found our mail on the sidewalk. Today, I found a paycheck from a client in the middle of the sidewalk two doors down from me. This is a serious issue and need it rectified. I hope this information gets to someone who can make a change!

I live in the Los Gatos Mountains in unincorporated Los Gatos, CA. We've lived here some 40 years. The mail carrier we have predominantly had over the past few years has been superb in delivering the mail. I suspect subs are being used on more than a few days of late, however, because in the past 2-3 months there have simply been too many times in which our mail is misdelivered to others on the road and, as well, others' mail has been delivered to us. This is a rural address and it is a pain to have to walk the misdelivered mail to its correct mail box. I'd say it happens about every 2 weeks if not more often. Please see that the carriers, especially the subs, start doing a good job of sorting the mail prior to delivery; or, if the mail is sorted before the carrier gets that mail for delivery, please remedy the problem. I left one warning note in our mailbox a couple of weeks or so ago; don't know the disposition of that complaint.

I am a cancer patient who was waiting for a delivery for cancer related products. Your site says you delivered it to our house but like most of our mail up here off Highland Way - it was obviously misdelivered and now I cannot get my money back. Thanks so much for the total incompetence. This is not the first time this has happened. How hard is it to get the right mail to the right people? I can see a mistake every once in a while, but weekly? You should be embarrassed.
