i went to post office on January 23rd., 2023, 44 years to the day my grandma died on January 23, 1979 to drop off a small miniscule package of a boxing gloves that had imprinted on it Honduras my country of birth that i sent to my brother Christopher Paul Luben Christopher who I have not seen like in 34 years because after being sentence to 25 to life in hard core prison because first I heard the charges were murder but when i put my foot ! minute to go before 5PM they did not want to deal with me but I I pleaded my case it was not yet 5:00PM. I said where the is my brother have you killed him because I have not heard from him in quite awhile in the USA of America and then the clerk said he was charged with attempted murder and yet you give him 30 years while some people do more heinous acts are not punished so harshly. Dumb . The rich get away with murder oh how gross. I was given the information that he was guilty of murder. so I was more relieved when I got that info. I now proceed to say what transpired on Mon. January 23, 2023. I pick up some envelope that was provided off the shelf if you had business or person who you want to send document or package to. I could get pass to letter or whatever but I looked homeless as usual so they think the worst of you. The lady clerk told me in a commanding voice put it back so i got on the defensive and screamed back who said so i ha had totally lost it. I hate when they size you up and think they know us so well a business to which I saw I lacked credibility. i saw a hands on red. she then ordered me to leave the post office and I told her I had business to do with the post office

Why is Bobby holding my mail until he sees fit to give me my packages several days 5 days later. He has sent back Wells Fargo payment check and I had to do an affidavit in front of a Wells Fargo Lawer before they would reissue my $400.00 check they sent. Bobby the mail room guy is seriously suffering from some sort of illness. Sending important medical papers with doctors appointments back to the medical center that determine my veterans health insurance ratting.

verbally abused as a woman by clerk Phil who is a hot head and needs rage control classes ,,he thinks he can abuse woman and get away with it ,, i have even heard him months ago verbally abuse a customer with the f word as i was walking into the post office ,,screaming and i would hate to be in the same room with this questionable gentleman and someone could trigger something terrible if he spoke to the wrong person ,,investigate this man

Los Feliz post office Needs A Visit from the POSTAL COMMITTEE. To discuss The TRUE INTENTIONS OF THE COMMITTEE'S MISSION FOR POSTAL SERVICES! I spoke with the post office in reguards of not delivering. My mail. On. 04/08/21 i vistited. The post office to pick up my I.D card they kept on monday. Sincerely Me.

We , the tenants of 1627 N Mariposa Ave, and we DEMAND the black woman serving our building to be FIRED (vehicle 6423147) ; . She never picks up the mail from the section to be delivered, she is insulting, rude. She spits on our faces entering our house? We live in our house and we have NO CONTRACT to put mask in our back yard. she insisted us and insults us. Next time we will take your office to the COURT for all insults we get from this black, uneducated woman. She is sociopath. She should be FIRED ! We have a video of her insolent behavior which we will send to the USA Congress.

The employees there are not nice at tall. An elderly male in particular has absolutely NO patience and literally makes me afraid when I go there I pray I don't have to ever deal with him. They don't treat people very nicely and I avoid going there as much as possible. My 18 year old daughter had to go there to renew her passport and was traumatized by how rude they were. I now have to go with her as she thinks they are most un helpful.

Has the most incompetent and rude workers. They don't know how to do their job and make comments about the customers right in front of them. It took four people to help me renew my passport because one of them consistently gave me the wrong information. Roderick Bentley needs to be fired immediately. Asked him one question about filling out a money order and he "called me difficult to work with." I told him his comment was inappropriate and he just laughed.

I live at 4243 thru 4247 Monroe Street. There are 20 apartments here and we have not received any US mail since last Saturday, 08/18/2018.

The window clerk, Roderick Bentley sexually harassed me when he should have been doing his job. He's a disgusting pig. I complained and nothing was done.

I am a bit worried after reading these reviews. I am currently missing a package. I have the UPS number and it was delivered to the POst office but has yet to turn up in my mail box. I reported it to the Police and I have a confirmation of delivery. They know I have not received the package and it is my phone. I am terrified I will get in an accident or get sick and not be able to contact anyone for help. Kind of scary and this post office is in the same neighborhood as Gray's Anatomy. I did contact the COPS and I am going to have a chat with my phone carrier.

Be nice if someone answered their phone. Whats the point of listing a # if no one answers??

Still handing out parcel pickup slips to customers with the wrong business hours listed. At some point, this location began slashing their hours, opening later and closing an hour earlier every day... but never bothered to print up new documents. Hell, it's a monopoly, why should they care?

 VERY BAD SERVICE... MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED, MAIL MAN LOST IT OR STOL IT I DON'T KNOW, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I AM CALLING TO POST OFFICE, THEY DON'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE!!! EVERYONE JUST PLACE YOUR ORDERS THROUGH UPS ALWAYS, THERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE DELIVERY.
