Carrier for Dockweiler has been holding my mail for whatever reason. I have only been receiving mail once a week which is totally unacceptable. The only response that I got from my service request is that mail carrier lost keys, which isn’t acceptable at all. I have only received mail 4xs in 4 weeks. I haven’t been able to go to work for 3 weeks due to this mail issue because I am waiting for a specific piece of mail that have not received.

They do not deliver mail properly and are always throwing it on the grass, car or on the fence itself. The men who work here are great but most of the women are the worse and should be fired.

I agree that this is one of the worse Post Offices ever you cant even get them on the phone all you get is a tone no answer. Also, and so much for informed delivery service you might get some one else's mail or maybe not even your own for that matter it might get lost or your package stolen because it got left outside where someone could take it . They clearly need more workers what kind of public service our they serving? for reals not like this there not. good luck everyone .

This post office has the worst customer service especially the lady thats in charge / manager. I waited 40 minutes today 5/27/15 just so she can tell me my package was out with the mail carrier.
