I have called repeatedly and no one ever answers the call. Why bother to advertise you have a phone number when you dont answer the phone?!

I received a fedex package at the bicentennial post office on Tuesday February 18th at 9:30am and was accepted and signed by a USPS employee (C.Cheryl). I have been coming to the post office every single day and I am told " they don't remember where they store the package"! Every single time I visited the post office, I left my phone number and was assured they will give me a call to let me know what the status is. they NEVER did call. I am owner of a POBOX at the same post office. how can they just loose a package? this package has a $600 value! how can we resolve this?
