I currently have informed delivery. However, I'm not getting the mail that's displayed in the dashboard, I contacted the office through email no one has responded... it's just sad I can't get my mail in a timely and appropriate manner.

I'm an active user of Informed Delivery offered by USPS. This past year we've had a lot of non/misdelivery of mail and small packages. Monday's mail arrived on Wednesday. Did not get mail on Monday or Tuesday. We've actually received notification numerous package(s) have been delivered but are never received. This results in our having to go back to vendor to obtain a refund after going through tracking protocols.

I am so upset with the post office yesterday the carrier left over 15 letters in my mail box none of them where mine? They all belonged to my neighbor. The correct address was on all the letters so who got my mail? Early this morning I found one envelope in my in box too early for it to be the mail carrier. So what is going on? This is happening too often. I tried calling to address this problem but there are no prompts to get anyone what is going on here? This is no way to run a business .

Hi. I am Disabled and have to use a ramp to get in and out of my house. I CANNOT get a package if it is blocking my door so I posted a sign saying, “Do Not Bock Door”. I do not understand how anyone would find it ok to block a ramp so a disabled person cannot get out of their house, let alone not even read/respect the sign that says DO NOT BLOCK DOOR! Makes me think our Mail carriers cannot read or just don’t care about others needs. If a package is thrown on my ramp and their is an emergency and I need to get out of the house; that package on my ramp is not going to let me get out of the house and to safety. Please teach your Mail carries not to block handicap access. It is a hazard and I don’t want to die because someone delivering a package don’t care where they throw the mail. Not cool, not cool at all.

Hi, writing to ask whether my regular letter carrier is being supervised. I live on the 7100 block of Lime Avenue. For years he has been making errors, once or twice weekly. I’ve received mail belonging to others on my block, once for an address on another block, and even one for an addressee in another zip code. Today he delivered two bundles of advertisements for 2 different addresses on my block. I wonder what mail I haven’t received and delivered to others. This needs fixing. Thanks, Joe
