Today we had a return package that was to picked up by USPS and was not done. I went to my mail box at 5:45 pm to get my mail and I had a package that could not be removed through the customer door. I had to rip the box apart to remove it. Recently, within 10 days, my packages were left in the package compartment in the central mail delivery box with no key. The following day I found the box open and two of my packages were in there along with a neighbors'. Obviously the mail carrier doesn't know how to operate or deal with the system. I expect better service than I am getting and I will be contacting my local U.S. Congressman and U.S. Senator. I also just injured my hand trying to extricate the package that was stuffed into the box. Will my prepaid package be picked up on Tuesday July 12 or will the carrier not bother to do his or her job. I am disgusted with your service and will continue to see why Post Office management cannot see that the employees under their control do their job correctly. What is the required education level of postal carriers? I do expect a favorable response and I repeat that I am contacting my local Representative.
