How do I pick up my undelivered mail?

Wow! Does the person that's in charge of this office ever read these reviews? I think not. I was just there this Sunday afternoon to drop in a letter knowing the lobby might be closed, but surely there would be a mail box on the premises. Either I'm blind , someone stole the mailboxes, or this post office doesn't have outside mailboxes. Really

No, they don't have outside boxes. They have a drop box in the lobby but it closes at 6 pm mosy weekdays.

It's getting worse. We get our mail late and sometimes not at all because the postman never shows up.in our mobile home park. Plus we get our ads that start each Wednesday on Friday or not at all. Aren't these companies paying to have their afs delivered for the sake dates. So the Albertsons and shows up at 4 pm Friday most of the $5 specials are gone no raincheck. Some of the regular sale items are also gone. So maybe we need to tell the companies that want sales fliers to go out on time, they are being scammed by the post office. Or maybe it's just our postman. It frustrating and something needs to be done our checks, and other important mail is late. So how is my vote going to count if we don't get our mail and if I mail something who knows if my vote will get delivered.

I know they are short staffed because of Covid and increased packages. For the last month our mail has been hit and miss every 2-3 days. Last week we got no mail the entire week. The post office was contacted either by phone or in person on 4 different days and I was told all 4 times"it shows your mail is on the truck for delivery". Monday through Saturday no mail. On Wednesday, my in person day, I explained someone had tried to break into the community mailbox and maybe that was why I got no mail. I was told there was no report of a damaged mailbox and the mail was on the truck. I know they are using fill in personnel to assist in getting mail out. The problem might be not ownership of the route so no one reports the damage box or delivers the mail. Here it is a week later andI called on Monday because the line for service was literally through the lobby and back to the front door at 1030. I got a helpful but frustrated person on the phone who informed me the box was broken and the mail was being held at the post office. This is what happens when there is no Postmaster and no accountability. I could not get my mail last week because it was on the truck and have to wait in extremely long lines this week to pick up the mail I should have been able to get last week.

Overall, I am satisfied with my mail delivery. I did have one issue about a year ago. I had a package that was clearly marked “do not fold” and my carrier bent the package to for the mailbox. I have a more n my mailbox telling carrier to put packages over my fence. I took the crumpled package to PO and they said there was nothing they could do about my damaged merchandise. Not happy about that.

I recently opened a PO Box at this location due to the fact that I was having Priority Mail delivery issues at the P&DC in Redlands. I asked the clerk to write the box number down for me. I changed my mailing address to the box number that she wrote down for me only to discover that she had written down the wrong number. I guess that being incompetent is a requirement for working for the USPS.

Bad.... Trying to get a hold of the Post Office, when you've moved and trying to find out where your mail is....is a joke. There is a local number to call, HOWEVER, it never works. It's like it's off the hook or something. Going through the 1800 number is worthless since there is an option to actually talk to someone due to having a concern. The estimated wait time, as always, is greater than an hour. Let me see, wake up call post office first thing so I can talk to someone by lunch. Real professional right there. I just want to know where the hell my mail is since I put in a change of address on June 5th and it's July 19th and I STILL haven't gotten any mail to this day. That's what I need and I hope someone from the Post Office website reaches out to me because that would actually be the polite and proper thing to do. I just want my damn mail and right now, I have zero clue where it is. dv_vb

The people at the post office are some times prone to argue shifty, behave in a pig-headed manner, and are often contradictory, malicious, or spiteful. It seems that some of them are there to cause problems for the people with needs that are not in the normal span of every day routine in order to prevent inquiries and personal investigations from arising!

This post office employs the LEAST helpful staff I have ever encountered. They are rude on the rare occasion they do answer the phone and every time I've had the unfortunate circumstances of having to personally go to the office, they have been rude, unhelpful, and their work ethic is severely lacking. Most of the employees are incapable of recognizing their own tracking number. I understand that this office is severely understaffed, but that is no excuse for their poor service. I have had packages listed as out for delivery for a number of days, but not been delivered and no one knew what could have possibly happened to the package. Recently I had to call and ask if I had a package at the office, but they refused to help me and even hung up after denying me any assistance whatsoever.

They never answer the phone and I've been left on hold. I walked in and told them to check the phone, that I was probably still holding!! They stuff your packages in your mailbox instead of getting out of the truck to bring it to your door. We have even been home and they instead put a note in the box that you didn't answer with no attempt to come to the door. Very lazy!!!

This post office does not think they have to follow any rules. They hang up on their customers and give them major attitudes anytime you go in there.
