My dental impression was mailed on October 4 and arrived at your facility Oct. 14 and has been sitting there ever since, according to your tracking. I placed a hold on my mail and requested that my bundle be delivered at my doorstep the day of my return. I later got a call from Dana at this location saying that he didn’t think my request should have been honored because my bundle would be stolen, which is highly unlikely because I was home all day, literally waiting. He just assumed he knew best (he didn’t). He told me he had spoken with the carrier and they had put it in my mailbox (they didn’t). When I tried to call nobody picked up over 4 attempts. It has now been 3 days and my mail is missing.

This is a poor mail outlet. I've ordered three packages recently and none have arrived. Two are currently extremely late and the third went to the wrong address. These were all order within the last 3 weeks! Very poor delivery service by the carriers at this office.
