Thursday's the 1300 block of Curtis Ave., Manhattan Beach never receive their mail until after 6:30pm. Currently it is 8:15pm and we have not had our mail delivered! The street to the South and the street to the North have both received their mail. Why does this one block not deserve to have mail delivered on Thursday's? Some of us do not get out and have had their mail to go out sitting all day on the mail box. People are saying "don't trust the Post Office on Thursday's". Can you give me an answer? Preferably for free and not charging a $1.00! Can't believe the Post Office charges a $1.00 to give an answer on their poor Thursday practice.

No one answers the phone! I filed a complaint in January because all my mail stopped even though I have lived in my house for over 20 years. The post carrier told me to my face that no one lives at my house! WTF! I do not have time to waste standing in line again to hear that someone will look into it.

I put a piece of junk mail addressed to a Karl Smith in my mail slot with a note return to sender. Wondering what happened to an expected package, I watched the postal carrier that day on my ring device - look at the junk mail - take it - look at my mail and then stuff my mail and package in her bag and leave! I haven’t received any mail at my address since!

We need to take the postal service and move it to the private sector. I have tried to contact the postal service to speak to a human it is impossible to do so. All the numbers published do not work including the fax number. When I tried to use their third party system it was a joke it is all computerized and again you never speak to a human. The issue is that a package I sent was delivered to the wrong zip code, I do not see how it could have been since the address was typed on the package in 20 font size with the correct address. The zip code which the local postal service said they delivered it to does not have the address located that was on the package. I even went to the trouble to email the local post master but they must not read their mail. This is the reason why the postal service is no longer a service but a joke. No longer will use their service and suggest that if you are shipping a package that you look some where else unless you like chasing a ghost.

today, Saturday, June 22, 2019 the lobby to pick-up my mail from my P.O. Box is closed and I am unable to pick-up my mail. The lobby door should be opened 24 hours, not locked. What is going on??

We are having alot of issues with mail delivery. Can someone please contact [number removed]. We are located at 222 N. PCH in El Segundo. alot of my clients are saying that letters are not being delivered for weeks. Something coming from woodland hills should not take 3 weeks to get to El Segundo. Our mail is not being delivered until after 5pm, we are a business, we need our mail during office hours. Again, I need someone to contact [number removed] asap. Thanks
