I had a very unpleasant experience with a clerk on the counter who treated customers differently. Not only the facial expressions but skip the line order. When I asked for an explanation, she requested me to another line, asked another clerk to help me, which means I had to wait again in the queue. The manager was involved, but no fair solution. This is not the first time happened in this scenario.

I stood in line outside to mail Sunday school books as I do every 3 months and today after waiting outside for over 20 minutes I was told I needed to get back in line because it have more than 10 items. There is no sineage anywhere notifying the customers of this change and it’s really insane. I’m just thoroughly upset. Not to mention the supervisor would not come out to speak with me
