The employees at this establishment display extreme rudeness and a lack of respect towards customers. Shockingly, one of their employees went so far as to assault my 4-year-old child without any justifiable reason—simply because she claimed he was near a copy machine. To make matters worse, we were denied any service. As a result of this unacceptable behavior, I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against the entire staff.

On Thursday, Feb.23 at 5:55pm a Cupertino Postal vehicle was driving recklessly on Bubb heading towards Stevens Creek. I was ready to enter the left turn lane when he aggressive passed me on the left lane into the opposite lane nearly sideswiping me, forcing me to apply my brakes. He turned left onto Stevens Creek and immediately into the Cupertino Post Office parking lot. He sped into the back parking lot designated for postal vehicles. I had 2 young children in my car. I took a picture with my cell phone of his license plate. I will submit this shortly as well as to the local police. Obviously this disgruntled postal employee was in a hurry before closing time

Tracking info says my package is delivered in parcel locker but there is nothing. It makes me very stressful. I have to go post office tomorrow and ask about the GPS. If I could find, it'll be better but if they lost my $400 package, I will be really angry.

I find the Cupertino postal employees to be hard working and courteous. They have a tough job. My understanding is that many post offices are under-staffed both because Covid has taken out some employees, and because everyone is ordering stuff on line. I appreciate the manager who yells at me when I forget my mask, even though it means that I have to ride my bike all the way back home to get my mask, because he is just trying to keep the staff and customers healthy. We are very fortunate to have the US Postal service. It's too bad that it's so under-funded, particularly after Congress ruled that employees must receive pensions, but Congress didn't fund the pensions.

Very bad service worse than all other post office in such a nice neighborhood, better rotate these people to boost them more! The supervisor made a wrong statement (i dont say fake) that my package was delivered to my porch due to GPS report to him it arrived (I never got a chance to review that on his own statement on phone) when I tried to follow up my lost package and waited a long line twice also asking a woman always sitting on the rightest business window, always asking people to purchase extra tape and pay more business Expedia expense even you already ordered the cargo in there for your largest goods with non sticky self tape line, acts like a bad step mother face. After these unqualified and bad experience, my package arrived safely 2 days later, sealed in no open to my post box (no drama no thief no grief i fully understand it is busy season). I never have any missing package in my life since I live in Cupertino for 16 years! These people need to be replaced for a better outcome for all, hope this would happen soon!

I walk in to mail a card that my son made for his grandfather who was just diagnosed with cancer. As I stepped past the threshold a white-haired, overweight man yells from behind the counter "Sir! You're not allowed in here without a face mask!" Where am I, I wonder? I don't remember traveling to China anytime recently, yet I'm being yelled at by a rude public "servant" for not obeying a unconstitutional policy. It certainly feels like the warmth of the authoritarian Chinese bureaucracy. Is this the new America. Is this the country my son can look forward to living in?

Have recently received bank statements addressed to a neighbor and to an address 3 miles from our address. Makes you concerned that your own important mail might be delivered to a wrong address.

I would like to know why the postman dose not put my packages , off to the side of our front door ? Away from people being able to see them from the St.? I have ask them to do this in the past, but they still put them in view of the St. We have so many thieves that go through the neighborhood looking for packages to steal . Why do you make it so easy for them?

I changed my Cupertino address to 1845 White Oaks road in Campbell from Jun 20th. A confirmation was received from USPS and also some mail was redirected. However, I just checked my Cupertino mailbox and there was a letter from Jul 10th or so which was not redirected.

Last Saturday pickup is 5 pm, both outside in the drive-by drop boxes, and inside the building. (as of 02/03/2018)

WEC2001141108, this is the conformation number to indicate that I had a scheduled pickup time and date. This did not happen! This has been a problem in the past. I am handicapped and this is a nice service for me, IF I could get the mail carrier to pick the priority mail boxes up. I have now lost a day in my effort to get these priority mail boxes picked up. Do I get a refund for the amount I paid the post office in Cupertino for the days I schedule appts. Priority Mail costs more.

Our mailman was not closing the door to our mailbox all the way. When it rains the mail gets wet. I have called and complained. I went in , waited thru the service line and complained. Yet our mailbox (and that of several neighbors) is almost always left partially open. When it rains the mail gets wet. What lousy service. The mail carrier should push the mail all the way to the back AND --- CLOSE THE DAMN DOOR--- ALL THEY WAY! It doesn't rain here often so this should be an easy seasonal respectful action ALL mail carriers should exercise. I will be going in (again) on my next day off to see if I can actually talk to the Postmaster General of this branch.

My weekly advertising information from local businesses is not delivered every couple of months. Either the mail distributor or the postman doesn't properly do the job. I continue to complain.

I sure wish this branch would tell their postal deliverers to CLOSE THE MAILBOX COMPLETELY when it rains.
Our postal deliverer never seems to be able to close our mailbox all the way.
I even left a message (with mailbox flag up) asking them to close the mailbox completely during rainy periods.
I HATE getting wet mail.
It's also too bad they don't have an email address to register complaints... or even compliments.
