I have had a letter out in my mail box to be mailed for 4 days and it has yet to be picked up. The postman doesn't even slow down or look. I have no transportation and can't afford the extra money to pay on line. This is a bill and due to the negligence of your employee late. This is wrong.

I just wanted to commend the people that work at this post office ..I recently acquired a P O Box at this location and the super nice lady that waited on me was awesome and most helpful.

This is the worst post office ever. The people who work there are extremely rude and don’t want to help you at all including the manager. I’m not sure if these people hate their job or they just don’t have any customer service experience, but if you want to go somewhere where they will actually help you don’t go here!!

I purchased a house in Corning 11+ yrs ago and I have been told my mailbox needs to be outside on a post because it shows on google maps. Since I have owned the house it has always been on the house. What can I do?
