I am not able to remove a package from my mailbox -it is too big and will not come out. Tried calling local post office - rings then busy, tried 15 times. 1 800 number, still waiting over an hour. There is no customer service at the post office...I am really pissed with no resolve in sight.

I am unable to file this complaint by accessing the mail theft option. There is no option for theft from mailboxes. ZIP: 94521 Location of gang mailboxes: Allegro Ave. next to 5315 Concerto Cir. Today between noon and 2pm one of two gang mailboxes was opened using a mailbox master key, the mailman's key. Impossible to tell how much mail was stolen since it was before the regular mail delivery and our homeowners have been warned not to leave mail over night. Cluster mailboxes were replaced earlier this year after several break-ins in hopes of preventing further mail thefts.
