Lobby not open at 8:32 am (po box area) when arrived to drop off mail on 9/10. This also happened approximately 2 weeks ago on a weekday when attempting to drop off mail .

What's going on with the neighborhood mail box on Bertha Ct? The back of the box was off. Obviously there was no mail or important packages, including prescriptions. Are we going to get information on what we need to do to get our mail? When?

Purchased an item for delivery July 2, 2021 (Estimated date of delivery July 9-13). Shipping LBL created July 6, tracking number provided July 7, still waiting on item July 23 (Connecticut bound). No tracking movement beyond number being provided. Contacted Colton post office, spoke with associate who said that it's probably a Distribution Center issue. Can anyone figure out the delay issue please and give me some sort of answer please? Tracking Number of Item: 9405511108400049477225

This is not a complaint. Just wanted to say that I have never has a problem with any of the postal employees. They always have always been friendly, cheerful and helpful. Yes, the lines are a little long but that is what we all have to deal with because of COVID 19. I wish people would be more patient.

The carrier who fills in for my regular carrier is reckless. I am a veteran and get my medication by mail. While my regular letter carrier brings my medication to my door recently the fill in left my mailbox door open and left my medication hanging out of the hole. I have a locking mailbox. Anyone could've walked by and taken my medication. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I'll be calling to file a complaint. It would've taken a millisecond to push my medication through the hole. Lazy, unprofessional and completely careless.

This post office has always been slow, but even more now with COVID. I went to pick up mail that had been held. Waited for my turn in the line. When it was my turn, the lady said I needed to go to the regular line and literally shut the door in my face. So not only did I have to wait a long time to get to the will call line, but then I had to get into the even longer regular line. I wish I had seen her name, but they never wear their name tags so I could officially file a complaint. Shutting the door in someone’s face should never be acceptable.

I have not received my request for payment to pay my PO Box fee and it is due 5/31! I usually receive my bill around May 1st and pay it annually. I am concerned because we are leaving town tomorrow morning before the PO opens. I tried to pay it on line but it said that my box & info didn't match :-/

I had my mail on hold from January 21 thru January 24 2020 and I track my package and it said it was delivered January 21 and I don't have my package. So came to the post office and the postal clerk Felix said it wasn't there and he said he would talk to carrier when he got in and have him call me and I never got a call. I'm at 700 E. Washington st spc 153 Colton CA 92324.

About July 11, 2016 we received a letter from your post office in Colton, California that had been opened with the following comment"we sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the Postal Office..." acoording to the sender she included a $50 Visa gift card that was apparently stolen out of the mail that was damaged. Is there any formal way to complain to USPS?
