My neighbor parks his car in front of our mailboxes and carrier came by today and put his hand out and wasn't able to reach it and he didn't delivery our mail... how is this fair? Why can't he get out of his truck? What about all those other carriers that walk around on street, but Chino Hills carrier can't get out of his truck. This isn't fair, How can I get my mail?????!!!!

Today is the trash day and I purposefully left my trash bins on the other side to leave the mailbox accessible. I was waiting for a package and all of sudden I got a message saying No access to delivery location. I came out right away and saw the USPS delivery car 3 houses down, I planned to get my package from it and walked towards the car. Once the lady saw me walked over by saying "Excuse Me" twice, she immediately started driving away. I'm so speechless on the 1st workday of 2023. Vehicle # on the back: 8212857

Chino hill post office is THE WORSE POST OFFICE. Never once have they deliver my package at my door. I 100% have to go pick up every single package for the past 5 years. I’m fed up writing this. What’s the point of paying for shipping then Take half day off work early to pick up the Damn package? Most incompetent organization in the world. I hope they bankrupt

17373 East Park: Chino Hills, Ca. Service has lately been erratic. Not getting mail- getting others mail- our mail going to same number/ different street. Postal drivers driving too fast in the neighborhood. Please be more careful. Neighbors and I have discussed- several getting upset. Appreciate workers trying hard and overburdened with holidays but missing too many bills.

I reside at 2449 Creekside Run, Chino Hills, CA 91709 I am filing a formal complaint against the USPS mailman whose route includes Creekside Run in the City of Chino Hills. Yesterday, our next door neighbor (rude woman, we don’t know them) residing at 2461 Creekside Run, Chino Hills, CA 91709, came charging to our house, around 7:00 PM, and loudly accused my wife that she stole two of her packages on the information provided by the USPS mailman serving our street. According to our neighbor, the mailman told her that my wife signed for these two packages, which was completely false! We never received her packages and we never stole mails/letters/packages from her or any of our neighbors. Your mailman has caused a completely unnecessary friction between us and our neighbors. We have lived peacefully here for years, cordial with all our neighbors, minding our own business and never had any bad experience with our neighbors until yesterday night. I can only describe your mailman as a white male, approx. 5’ 5” in height, bald at the top of his head and approx. between 55 and 65 years old. Let me tell you about your mailman. Last week, he came to our house a few times to inquire if he had mistakenly delivered to us a package that did not belong to us. We told him that no, we didn’t accept nor receive any package that didn’t belong to us. He looked frustrated, worried that he had lost a package or two. I believe that in order for him to cover his ass (pardon the expression), he had told the rightful owner of the package/s that we at 2449 Creekside Run “stole” the package/s meant for 2461 Creekside Run. This act is totally unacceptable!! Where is the proof that we received our neighbor’s package/s? In the past year, in at least a couple of instances, we hand-delivered package/s (mistakenly delivered to us by the same mailman) to the very neighbor who is now accusing us of stealing their package/s. Sometimes, we also found our neighbors delivering to us letters/packages that were carelessly delivered to them by this same mailman. You can contact me at anytime.. I also wish to meet with you in person at the soonest possible time regarding this issue. I want that mailman disciplined if found to be guilty of negligence and fostering animosity between us and our neighbors. Thank you.

Our mail was delivered three houses away, while we got mail in our box supposed to be four residents up the street. My next door neighbor got mail with a different address in his mailbox. Now the neighbor who got our mail cannot find theirs. These are all on Buckhaven Road today, Jan 29th.!

We have not received mail on my street yet today and it's 4:45pm. We are waiting on some urgent correspondence. Why has our mail not been delivered?

I have been trying to call the Chino Hill USPS for the past two days only to get a busy tone. I must have dialed the number a minimum of 60 times with the same results each and every time; busy. Congratulation USPS you have now far exceed the California DMV as the most incompetent government agency.

Been dialing that number too and just a busy signal. I am complaining about our mail delivered by a neighbor three house away after he found it in his mailbox.

I reside at 18067 arroyo lane and you are currently refusing to deliver our mail because the previous tenants put a hold on it . my daughter and her fiancé did fle changes of address that lead their mail to come to you where you refuse to deliver it. my daughter came in with identification months ago and you briefly delivered mail --when she was there today they refused her our mail and demanded proof that she lives here --that is outrageous --demand proof of current residency from the tenant]s that moved out 8 mos ago-- I demand that this be rectified immediately ---and I want an accounting of every piece of mail that was released to these people --as far as I am concerned the previous renters and anybody who gave them the mail are guilty of postal fraud --my next message is t the congressman . I demand an immediatge response by phone 909-802-3200
