I want to let you know that this post office give really bad service to the community. Employees need to start doing a better job. I would like to report that they are mixing up letters. We always get letters from other people, then we had to return them to the office. I wonder if then they give it to the right people. We have lost lots of important documents/letters, from W-2s to checks to IDs. When we call them to ask, they just say " we dont have them here". They are not conscious of what they are doing. I do blame them for peoples personal information stolen. Is a legal sue what they need to start doing their job right?

I went in to this office to mail an item and also to get copies of what I sent. They charged me .50 each page. I had 4 pages so the total was $2.00 when I receive the copies they are on recycled paper. I asked the attendant why they did that and her answer was "well those copied are just for you" actually no they are not I needed to sent them to 3 other agencies. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

PO BOX access hours need to be extended until at least 6pm. It is truly an inconvenience that doors close at 4pm. Most people have a nine to five and it doesn't give the community an opportunity to collect their daily mail, unless it's early on a Saturday. It did not make sense that town's such as Gonzalez which is smaller have longer access/lobby hours, and in the middle of nowhere. You need to pay attention to the demographics and needs of the people of this community. We need to have better access to our bills and other important correspondence. Please fix it.
