I have had three issues with delivery of my mail over the past few months, which have not been resolved . On 5/17/23, I spoke with Patty, a supervisor, after numerous other efforts. She took time, understood my concerns and I felt that the issues may be resolved thanks to her. You need a lot more employees like this wonderful person! Your phone system in from 1970! Thirty rings and then a busy signal! Really!?? Anyway, Patty is an asset you should truly appreciate!
It says that lobby hours are 24 hrs open, but thats not true. I went on a Sunday and it was closed the entire day. Please explain or correct your lobby hours. Thanks
The location is no longer 24 hrs because of thieves breaking into mail boxes last year.

I sent a letter to my home as a test to see how long it would take. Dropped it off in downtown LA and it took 10 days for the first class letter to arrive. What happened? Service is so poor now.
Stimulus Checks sent out and after they are confirmed delivered by USPS a letter is then sent. Funny we got a letter and no check! We are going to lose our home because Burbank USPS didnt deliver to correct address and didnt listen when we said our mail was being thrown away by the tenant.
I live at 7o3 s mariposa st burbank ca we used to get our mail st 12 every day now you split mariposa in half and we do not get till 4pm or 6 please fix this
No mail has been delivered to our building in 2 days! The postal guy shows up, drops a little mail off at the office, and doesn't come deliver to our building. I believe this is illegal! I call the local post office, and wow...busy phone as usual.
