The mailbox key provided to open large bins to accommodate large packages does not work on the bins available. Please check the key provided to insure that it unlocks an assigned bin. This is the 2nd time this error has occurred, please correct as I have an important package to be delivered.

Very Upset, I called Brea Post Office about 4:15, Employee told me Our Regular Carrier was Hurt. That there would be a Fill in Carrier before 5:30 pm. It’s now 5:55 No Mail! 2 Days! 781 N. Vallejo st. Brea, 92821 Money Card was Mailed Over 6 Days Ago! Checking Box. Nothing!! The Gentleman I spoke with Brea Office, told me he would call me back, Never did. To whom it may concern, I would like to compliment the employee Xavier Remes. Not only was he highly competent, he was very pleasant. We came in for passports and he did an excellent job handling us and other customers. You should be very proud of his performance. A satisfied customer.

Whenever there is a new or temp replacement carrier, we are often passed by for delivery & pick up of mail. Many times we have tried calling in to the Brea Post Office, to remind them to correct the delivering carriers. Rarely do they EVER answer the phone! Nothing changes, no corrections or apologies! BAD customer service!
