I mailed a priority package from big bear lake at the end of August29th. As of December 25th the priority package still has not been delivered. When I ask postal person got help they look at me like I’m stupid and says look on internet. If priority mail which is expensive can’t be trusted to be delivered on a timely basis maybe it’s time for post office to close and use private mail co that actually delivers your package. I understood post office employees are not responsible but this Is a sign of bigger and worse problems. When postal employees were sold out and became contract employees the system was broken.

I am very unsatisfied with the postal service. I am unable to get into actual office to discuss my situation. I received a mail notice to show documents to receive my continued free post office box. I have been living in the same house for 18 years and now its become an issue. I am frustrated with the lack of service. I have mailed a letter to the postmaster, called multiple times and now this. I am unable to received my mail, as it has been blocked. The USPS is now effecting me receiving my unemployment check, bills and medical notices. I need these things to survive. Just TELL ME HOW TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND GET MY NEEDED MAIL! WHAT HAPPENED TO "MAIL WILL BE DELIVERED AND NOTHING WILL STOP IT???" HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO GET WHAT IS MINE?

All you have to do is take a i d with your address on it down there so they can verify that you still need the free mailbox and they'll unlock it for free

What is the reason for overnight letters and other items that are guaranteed for delivery at a Big Bear Lake address only available at the Big Bear Lake, Ca post office? I understand regular mail during the winter due to snow, and dangerous road conditions. Postal service does gaurantee delivery and accepts street addresses from senders and the drops item off at Big Bear Lake post office. Unless deliveree has an email address they don’t know if ite is at post office as they don’t call to inform of arrival.

The Post Office Annex in the Vons shopping center is new. You would think the postal service it's would have some kind of protection for it's patrons mail. It has been robbed AGAIN! From what I was told by the woman the PO has NO security at all. No cameras and no alarm system. It is free stuff for anyone who has the desire to rob. It is shameful that we have to pay their large fees for postage. Security??? Maybe you can look it up.

I think that the counter personnel should be trained to be helpful. I generally print my own postage online and drop off the items at the post office. The last two times I have had to seek the assistance of an employee. The person I spoke to was rude and not really helpful. The first time I told her that I was trying to do it myself online but it would not allow me to print first class from the USPS site. I was told that she had no idea how that worked and they were not told anything about the online services. I would have assumed that someone there would have been the expert to refer to or that she could have directed me to a phone number. Today I went in to clarify something about an express mail shipment and was told "Well you did not click the right box so that is the way it is" Really? Maybe customer service people should be trained on how to help a customer not just tell them they are wrong. Maybe a short explanation of how to get the desired result next time would have been helpful. It seems that this person just wants you to move along not actually assist.

I totally agree with you on the rudeness of the personnel here as I always experience it myself. This elder white hair with glasses clerk is always RUDE and has really nasty attitudes. This is such a shame for USPS & we all have to deal with this. Sadly, it is the closet post office to my house or I will have to drive across town to Bear City so I have to deal with this B*t*h each time I have to mail out or pick up something. One time she slammed my packages on the counter and didn't even bother to apologize. She has no skills at all for customer services. Why did they even put her there to do customer service I just don't get it. This is a sad, miserable person. Her knowledge about the services is also very low. She doesn't know s**t and she blames it to the computer. What a shame to have this person working there to ruin the reputation of the certificate of outstanding service posted on the wall (I saw).
