Postal Locations

I live at 13620 Smoke Creek Ave Bakersfield 93314. Our mail boxes have been un usable since early November. This is utterly ridiculous that we must go over to Dole Court for the past 2 mos to get our mail. We are paying tax payers and our tax dollars pay your salary. Get the box fixed! If you only have a one person crew and mail destruction happens this much-increase your crews. It should not take 2 mos. And its bull that you say it was fixed and within 15 min it was vandalized again.by the nail in the lock. Its the same nail and same lock from two months ago. Josie our mail gal is excellent, the short guy Cory I believe at Dole court is very understanding but he even said this is ridiculous!. If this note needs to be accelerated to a higher command then please feel free to let me know who is in charge there. The star rating is POOOOR

Do you still pick up mail.?

My mail is consistantly delivered to other addresses causing me to not get checks registrations important mail I need. I consistantly getting other peoples mail. Ive questioned the mail carrier lady and she says she only looks at the number not the name. I live at 11812 So if that were true why would I get mail from 10812. This is a real issue that you all NEED to look into. All of my neighbors have the same issue. They are not getting their mail either. Please help. I just paid another 22.46 for another duplicate registration and sticker for my truck because the original never came. The DMV says it was returned as undeliverable. .This is unexceptable

Someone needs to teach these postal workers what the red flag means and I get everyone else mail but my own .

No one answers the phone I've tried calling at least 6 times trying to speak to the operator but it just keeps ringing and eventually gives a dial tone....

9 times out of ten my carrier puts my package in the wrong locking box , rarely do I get it back ! Just now happened again . Enough is enough she needs to be fired !

My mail carrier rung my door bell today and just walked away! She didn't wait for me answer the door. I have it on my Ring video. She just walked away. Was she at the wrong address? Did she have something for me or what?
