3 times already have my packages been left in the bigger locker which normally I have no issues with. But not when the key that is left doesn't work. 2 of those times being over the weekend, so when it's a package im waiting for and then it gets locked in and I have no idea how to get it, ya it's getting to be a drag. I have left numerous notes in my box being polite and the carrier seems to care less about getting the issue fixed. He continues to put my mail in there without checking to make sure the key works. It's not not that hard. Especially when it comes to the same box he keeps putting the packages in when there is another parcel locker rite next to it.

my mail man decided to hold my mail at 1209 vanderbilt I moved i I still get my mail there some girl said to hold my mail..and she don't even own the house my uncle all ready told the mail man I could get mail there he did not even ask me im post he said he would bring it and no mail still

My packing was handed off by DHL to USPS on 03/28/2021. as of 04/06/2021 my package still shows at this facility. Since April. It's May, no one answers the phone. you call the local and so mentally slow they read what you see also and that's the response. She tells my they can't call the Bakersfield location, I just have to wait. Nothing she can do about it. This place needs to be inspected by the federal government. Always using COVID as an excuse not to deliver mail. Shame on the You People. Lazy ass. Next It'll say DELIVERED.... LMAO

On August 1st, I handed a letter to your USPS GUY BLOND HAIR. my mail man had not been by my house during the daylight. So I handed it to your guy who dropped off a package to my neighbor. It's been over 2 1/2 weeks my sister has not gotten it in PA. it usually only takes no more then 5 days at the most. What happened to my letter. It had important papers on it she needed.??????

I would like to know if the Mail Person ran on Castaic Ave on Monday and what time as we have had Mail out for PickUp Today and the Letter is still here and some of the People around us has called to see if they had ran so I don't know for they was coming early now who knows what time it is now 6:12pm and no Mail Man

Usually, our mail lady delivers the mail between 2:30- 3. But she has been very late lately. It's now 4:40 and the mail still hasn't come. I'm expecting many packages, and I haven't gotten anything.

Our postal carrier is awful! I’ve never had more missing mail in my life! I’ve had 4 packages just this week that I have not received. It’s beyond frustrating. By the time I can file a complaint the offices are closed! Aggravating & infuriating!!

I am not receiving my magazines and before, when this happened, the employees were taking them home. PLEASE check into why I don't get ALL of my monthly magazines. They can keep the junk mail, but I want the things I pay for.
